Hello! It's been about 4 hours since I've released the new ADFB chapter and BOY it's been Rocky

Just wanted to make another one of these casual ramblings to say this: There is nothing that makes me pull my hair in despair more than people finding errors in new chapters I release
And, if you couldn't tell by that one day delay, the release of this chapter was tight, I wrote a good part of it these last three days and it was 100% completed 10 minutes before its release, it was obvious there were gonna be problems...
...what I was not expecting was to leave one of my author notes on release, you see, I mark stuff in WIP chapters with asterisks * so that in revisions I can press CTRL+F and quickly jump from note to note, I usually do this to place the spots I'll put graphics at later.
Obviously, they're meant to be deleted before the chapter released, so when someone commented on a stray note that read "peepee" randomly placed in the middle of the chapter I laughed so fucking hard I had to awkwardly explain to my parents why I had such a reaction out of nowhere.
There are more problems that were reported and like at this point yall are just proofreading for me, i refuse to reread the chapter more than once before it release, each proofread takes like 2 hours, that's so much time and it gets more boring each time i reread it.
Anyways thanks for supporting the newly released chapter, we're actually halfway there! That's right, this book is nearly 4 years old and we've reached the... erm, halfway point...
...kind of, forgetting how short the first chapters are and that there's two more two-parters planned for the future (Emphasis on 'planned') then yes, we are, indeed, 23 chapters in with 23 to go!
I've got a rough outline on how the rest of the competition would play out and I figured out a format that would get it done in 23 chapters, considering there's 39 contestants left as the release of the new chapter... not bad, not bad at all, there WILL be double eliminations for a loooong time, though... and even a bit more, but you'll see details on that on the book itself, probably the next chapter.
Regarding that chapter... I'd love to get it out on May 26th because that'll be the 4th anniversary of the fic, but I obviously can't promise anything, I haven't even clicked the "create new chapter" button yet and to write one chapter in a month is not guaranteed
We'll finish this story eventually, even if it takes 4 more years... just wish me luck :)
