I woke up the next day. I smiled when I saw a mess of blue hair on the pillow beside me. I pulled Levy closer to me and kissed her forehead. After a few minutes I got up slowly so I wouldn't wake her up. I pulled my boxers on and put on a plain black t-shirt before going downstairs. My mom was back, I saw her car in the drive way, she must still be asleep.
I went into the kitchen and stood by the stove thinking, "What can I cook that Levy will like?" I asked myself as I began searching cabinets.
I found cereal and pop tarts but those won't do anything but make her laugh at me. I decided to pull down one of my mom's recipe books. I flip through it and saw pancakes, looks simple enough. I set it on the counter and began searching for the ingredients. I set everything up on the island in the middle of the kitchen.
I looked at everything and smirked, "Piece of cake" I said as I began to cook. I finished mixing everything together in about fifteen minutes then began to pour some batter onto the pan that I put on the stove. While that cooked I looked around for something to drink.
I opened the fridge and saw milk and orange juice, "Better than nothing" I thought as I shut the fridge and went back to the stove. I flipped the pancakes and waited some more. I looked at the time and smiled, Levy should be waking up any minute now. I finished cooking everything and began to set up the table. When that finished I ran up stairs to get Levy.
I hesitated for a moment when I saw her asleep, she looked so cute. I moved some hair out of her face and sighed, "Levy, wake up. I made breakfast, shrimp, come on" I said as I shook her gently. Her eyes opened slowly, the deep blue paralyzed me just like the day we met.
I smiled, "Good morning, babe"
She blushed, "G-good morning..." She said softly and lazily.
I helped her up and handed her panties and one of my t-shirts after that I picked her up bridal style and carried her downstairs. She curled into my chest with one of her arms lazily draped over my shoulder. We got to the dining room and slowly put Levy in her seat. I smiled as I kissed her head then took my seat next to her.
I looked at her, "Does it look good? I made it just for you" I admitted blushing deeply.
"Yes, it looks amazing. Thank you Gajeel, but you didn't have too" She said looking at me.
"I know, I wanted too. Now eat" I said as I began to cut my pancakes and pour syrup on them.
Levy giggled and began to do the same as I did. After we ate we went back up to my room and got dressed before going down to the living room. I turned on the TV and smiled when Levy curled up into me and wrapped her arms around mine.
Aww, she's so cute. Why is she with me? I have nothing to give her, I'm not rich or smart. So why does she love me? My thoughts were stopped by the door opening. I looked over the couch and immediately felt anger inside me.
"Why are you here?"
