Shravan's POV
Her ID card!
That's what drew my attention as I was walking to my office. My hand reached down on its own to pick it up, and I was surprised to see that she had left it on the floor. It must have slipped when her documents fell.
The careless girl she is!
Although I could have returned it the next day and asked the guard to let her in without any proof of identity, I couldn't understand why I went to her house to return it to her.
Maybe I was still irritated by the way she spoke to me in the middle of the road and how she behaved with me right now in front of my man despite knowing that I am the chairman's son.
I needed her to apologize or I wouldn't be able to concentrate on my work. That's why I decided to use it as a weapon against her to force her to apologize.
Without putting much thought into why I was doing this, I drove to her house.
Although it is not like I am running behind a girl yet whatever it is, I don't want my men to come to know about this. It won't take long for the rumors to spread in our office, and she'll find it difficult to stay here with such rumors.
When I arrived at her house, the main gate was open. Although I should have rung the doorbell, I decided against it.
I walked into her house like an uninvited guest so I received the welcome just like that only. Before I could take even a single step into her house I was welcome to buy a hot Samosa landing right on my nose. And the one who threw it was none other than Aadvika.
I learned her name from her ID card.
Before I received the Samosa, a boy younger than our age, most likely her brother, was shouting Addu Kaddu, which irritated her.
Addu Kaddu!
She came to a halt when she realized who she had thrown the Samosa at.
But the samosa on my face made me even angrier. She is causing more problems for herself.
Her mother's warm welcome soothed my rage in some ways. Her brother, who appears to be very mischievous, mysteriously vanished.
When her mother asked her to assist me in getting clean, she muttered something under her breath that I missed.
I discovered her undergarments in the bathroom while cleaning myself, again demonstrating how careless this girl is! I was aware that she was peering into the bathroom and staring at me, but I pretended not to notice.
When I got closer to her, her breath stops, implying that she is getting affected by our proximity and why shouldn't she when she was so close to me? After all, she is also a girl!
But I won't deny that my heart was also racing fast when she fall on me in an attempt of getting her ID card. Although I don't like anyone winning over me yet I am not sure why I let her take that ID card out of my grip especially when she didn't even apologize for her mistakes.
When her mother asked me about my name and introduction, I didn't tell her my real surname or the position I hold in my company because I thought it would make her more respectful of me and she might start referring to me as sir or something. And I didn't want that because she is just like my mother and I don't like elders to give me respect just because of my money. This is something my mother taught me.
I don't like sugar in my tea, but I drink it in her house because I don't want to break her mother's heart. She is so loving and sweet unlike her.
But I liked the reaction she gave to me when I called her Addu Kaddu.
