Ren didn't expect much when it came to "The Beach" - if anything, she expected some kind of community, like the one she left. Something small, maybe something that kept people in check. Ren was shocked when Aguni pulled up to the location of the Beach. Ren heard of the building, it was a popular resort in Japan. Ren couldn't afford it when her parents were alive and she certainly couldn't afford to go there on a bartender's pay.

She climbed out of the car, looking around, trying to figure out how the Beach had electricity. She could hear music blasting from inside the hotel. Aguni motioned Ren to follow him. There was slight hesitation before Ren actually followed after him. It was weird - there were communities all around her, Himari told her that and Ren saw it.

But this was different from the community Ren was previously a part of.

Ren was greeted by the sight of hundreds of people mingling in the lobby. There was drinking, drugs, dancing, music blasting. Ren became overwhelmed quickly but continued to follow Aguni. Ren looked around at the people who were enjoying their lives, not caring about the fact they were stuck in some world that was killing them if they didn't play the games.

Ren saw the players from previous games walking around. They all had the same bracelet on their wrists. But the most surprising thing was... everyone was in swimsuits. Everything was out in the open, nothing could be hidden away in such revealing clothing for both men and women.

Ren got onto the elevator with Aguni. She glanced over to him as he pulled out the playing card from his pocket. He tapped it against the palm of his hand. "What is this place?" Ren asked.

"Feeling overwhelmed?" Aguni questioned.

Ren quieted down, holding onto the strap of her bag. She wasn't going to admit that she was definitely overwhelmed by the Beach. All she did was walk through the lobby. It was a completely different atmosphere than the shopping center. Glancing down at her hands, fingers curling into her palm. She could still see the blood under her nails and around the nail bed.

When Aguni ran into Ren at the game, he didn't think he'd be bringing her back to the Beach with him. He normally didn't bring anyone back - he was usually the one who walked the others who wanted to become a member of the Beach or become someone in Takeru. That was what he was doing when Ren entered the bar. He had watched her the entire time, seeing how calculated she was. Of course, he didn't know until Ren announced it, that she knew what glass had the poison in it, but Aguni saw Ren as someone Takeru would be interested in.

When the elevator stopped on the floor Takeru was on, Ren followed Aguni again. She matched his speed, heading straight for one of the largest rooms in the resort. Aguni had jut planned on dropping off the card and then casually explaining what happened to the other two, but Aguni had brought Ren with him instead.

"Mori-chan!" Ren was startled, stopping short in the doorway of the room. Aguni approached the man who called out to him, passing over the card from tonight's game. "Three of Diamonds, excellent." Ren stepped into the room, looking at the two men. She definitely looked out of place with everyone else wearing bathing suits. "Who do we have here? Hm?" Ren stopped, carefully watching the man as he approached her.

Takeru moved around her, checking her out. Ren tapped her fingers against the strap of the bag.

"The name's Ren."

"Ren." Takeru hm-ed. "Ren." Ren turned her head, watching Takeru move in front of her. "Such a beautiful name." Takeru turned to Aguni, "Where did you find her?"

"I can speak for myself. Thank you very much." Ren said, crossing her arms against her chest. Takeru looked back at Ren, waiting for her to answer the question then. "I beat one of your guys 'cause he got cocky." Ren smirked. And she provoked him.
