In the morning I decided to make my savior breakfast. Who knew Carter was so kind.
I left her breakfast on the counter as I wwnt to her room. She was passed out on her bed. She's looks so peaceful, even beautiful. I just stares at her and knew I needed to get home. I wrote her a note and put it near her breakfast.
I look down at her. "Thank you" I kiss her forehead before heading out and racing home. What is this feeling, why do I feel so warm? I shake it off and head home knowing my dad is going to be pissed.
"Isaac, where have you been" Juniper runs up to me and sniffs around. "Why do you smell like Carter" he asks confused. This is not my morning.
"She helped me out last night, now I'm going home" I smile as I walk pass him to onky come face to face with my father and my sisters.
"Why were you with a mortal and why are you in love with one" my father growls.
"Carter helped me out last night and Christina is the only girl I've ever been amazed by, is that so wrong " I ask angrily.
"You like Carter's sister" Juniper asks. I hate him sometimes.
"Yes, I met her at aunt Susie's shop" I say looking at my father.
"Are you kidding me. You would pick a blind girl over me" Tina walks up to me.
"Yes, because at least she has a heart that is pure and true" I tell her. That is all I've known of Christina, but why can't I stop thinking of Carter?
"Then why do you smell like Carter" she growls.
"She let me stay the night because I didn't want to go home is that so bad. She's my friend and I think she's a good person" I say with a smile. She is a real nice person.
"Don't make me laugh, Carter is a very rude person" Tina scoffs.
"You know that is just rude. You know what I'm going inside" Igroan going in he house and to my room. I lock the door behind me so I can be alone. Why can't you leave my thoughts, Carter?
