I wait and wonder why I'm doing this. So Ramsey is just like me and why am I spending more time with her and not her sister? Why does she make me feel so warm in my hesrt. What are you doing to mr Carter.

She walks out wearing jeans, converse a tanktop wih a flannel, and yet it works wih her. "So what did you want to show me?" She asks.

"Where's Ramsey?" I ask seeig as she closed the door already.

"He's staying in and sleeping. So what did you want to show me?" Carter asks. My heart, wait what was I thinking?

I geab her wrist, "Just follow me." I slide my hand dpwn sp that we are holding hands as we get looks as we walk on the sidewalk all of them from members of my pack. Yes I know she's human and a hunter, but Carter isn't that bad of a person. "Here we are." I stop in front of my aunts clothing store.

"I came here with my sister before the house burned down. " Carter says looking at the shop.

"My aunt owns it." I say as I open the door for her.

"What are you doing?" Tina asks as she sees us. Crap. "How did you get out, I thought your dad locked you up?"

"Snuck our my bedroom window, now leave us alone." I say basically pushing Carter in I didn't realize she was facing me when our lips connected. Why does this feel so right. I lean into the kiss and her lips move against mine perfectly before she pulls away. Her face is bright red and she looks to be in shock.

"What the hell was that!" Carter yells at me mad as I lock the door behind me so Tina and her friends can't get in.

"I'm sorry, well maybe not. Have you kissed before?" I ask feeling bad if that was her first kiss.

"No, I've had a boyfriend before, and it wasn't Ramsey." She rolls her eyes.

"Was it a hunter?" I ask. Why do I want to get to know hee, why did I kiss and why did I like?

"Yes, he was the reason I became a hunter. I really thought I loved him, but I guess it was just a crush." Carter says in a sad tone.

"Oh, well now you have me to hang out with and fall in love with." I chuckle. Why did I say that?

"So why are we here?" Carter asks.

"Come with me." I grab her hand. It feels so natural. And well time for the surprise.
