Chapter 30

Today was the day I find out if she is my girlfriend or not. I really hope she says yes.

Once I'm on school grounds I headed to the library as fast as I could. And there she was in our little corner. "I..." I never got to finish my sentence when she suddenly kissed me. Her lips were soft and tasted like honey.

"Yes, I will be your girlfriend." Carter smiles at me. Oh I just hope this isn't a dream.

"My girlfriend, my babe." I chuckle softly. It sounds so perfect for her.

"My boyfriend, my babe." She chuckles. Oh that sounds so wonderful coming from her lips.

"I'm sorry about yesterday, I..." She cuts me off again with another amazing kiss.

"No need, now you can tell her that I'm your girlfriend and she can back off." She says possesively. I'm so glad she's already jealous.

"Will do my sweet heart." I kiss her lips softly as she kisses back. This is the best feeling in the world.

When the bell rings we walk out of the library hand in hand showing the world we are together. I know we are a strange pair, with an hunter and a werewolf, but we can make it work. I hope.

I head to class with all the joy in my heart. She's mine she's finally mine. "Are they true?" I hear Tina ask behind me. I turn to see her starting at me angrily.

"Are what true?" I ask confused.

"The rumors." She insists impatiently.

"What rumors?" I ask totally confused now. What the heck is she talking about?

"The rumors about you and Carter officially dating." She says as if it was obvious. Wow word travels face in this school, that is for sure.

"Yes Tina thale rumors are true. I asked Carter to be my girlfriend and she said yes." I tell her proudly. Take that.

"You got to know there is something wrong with her, so I would watch out." She warns me as if she is concerned. I already know this, she's a hunter and I don't care.

"Thanks, but I think I can handle myself. She's just a girl." I smile. Tina suck it, you've tried for years but you suck. You're only a beta's daughter, she's a hunter and way more exciting than you.

"I just wanted to warn you." She huffs as she walks away. Whatever.

I walk to my class in silence thinking about what Tins told me. I get that Carter is a hunter but she saved me. And I scene there is something more to her. Well her 15 birthday is on Saturday, I should get her a present right? But what should I get her, I need to know her better before I can decide.

Sorry if I'm not being consistent with dates or time, I just go with the flow usually and I know that I've mentioned Carter's birthday before, well now you know it's coming soon.
