Chapter 20

The whole school was staring at me and Carter as we walked next to each other to her first class. We didn't get time alone till the bell rang and well there was no point then.

"Thank you but I can take it from here." Carter huffs definitely.

"Alright, but can we talk either after school or at lunch." I look down at her pleading.

"Fine, lunch." She looks away from me leaving her cheek exposed as I kiss it softly making her jump away.

"What?" I chuckles softly as I look down at the girl. She's so cute when she's mad, well she's cute all the time. I need to shut up.

"Don't do that." Her face turned bright red as she runs into her classroom. How could you not falling for a girl who's cute, definite and kind all at the same time.

I walked to my class thinking to myself. Am I falling for her? She's a hunter and she has a wolf at home, but she turns bright red around me. I mean I do like her, but does she like me, I should ask her out before asking her to be my girlfriend, unless she doesn't really like me. But then why does she always blush around me.

"Hey what do you think you are doing?" I jump as the voice took me out of my though. I turn around to see my worse nightmare. Michael Batten, or the son of the rogue. I really hate this guy.

"What do you mean?" I growl back at him.

"With that human, what do you think you are doing?" He sneers.

"I'm doing what I want Michael now leave her be or I will hurt you." I growl knowing he's the only wolf you sleeps around with humans. And Carter isn't going to be his next victim.

"You better watch your back or she will be mine." He chuckles and leaves. This is not good, I must protect Carter no matter what. Even if she will hate me, I won't let Michael get her. I will do anything for her...ANYTHING.

Hey it's me. So I haven't been updating a lot, but that's a only because I've been doing stuff this summer.

And I've been wanting to start a need teen fiction romance book that might end up as a series. I don't know about it yet but I want to know if any of you would want to read a story about the shy girl who no one notices and the guy who just moved back to find everything and everyone he knew he changed even the girl of his dreams.
