Queen of the Cold Castle

Chapter Five:

Lady Lesso's special talents started in a few moments so you made your way over to the classroom being the first one there you sat at the back away from the rest of the students. A moment later Lady Lesso came into the room and made her way towards her desk, "Hello Redhead." you said announcing your presecence with a smirk on your face. "Hello mischief" she smirked back, just as you were about to say something the other students began to fill the room so you shut your mouth. Still with her gaze on you she waited for the last student to enter before being her class and the violet eyes left yours, leaving you with butterflies in your stomach. 

"Each villain as a special talent that they can hone into, this will help you defeat your archenemy." she began "Now, each of you will show me what your talent is. You!" she hit her cane on a male students desk closest to her "Dazzle me!" she demanded. The student quickly stood up and began to think, after a few moments of everyone getting impatient the quill in-front of him started to rise, it hovered in the air for a few moments before falling back onto the desk. "Well that's something I suppose" Lesso mumbled disappointment filling her voice. "Next!" she shouted tapping another desk. This is how the hour went each student displaying their talent, one could conjure fire it was weak but Lesso said she could work with it. Another student could crawl on the ceilings and walls like it was nothing which didn't really impress anyone. Millicent showed her talent by creating a vine that snaked it's way up a students leg and dragged them around the classroom which I chuckled at.

"Y/n!" Lesso said tapping my desk with her cane. "Mmm. I need a volunteer" I said looking around the room, I selected a student who apparently could turn into a werewolf but had merely managed a few patches of hair to form. "This is going to hurt" I said bluntly before looking at Lesso who had a playful glint in her eyes. I calmed my head leaving it clear before plunging my hand deep into his chest, allowing my fingers to grasp his beating heart and ripping it out his chest, I was less gentle this time. The students gasp as they saw the red and black heart pumping in my hands, Lesso had a small smirk on her face, she knew I could do this but had never seen it. "Now now, what to make you do? Sit!" I demanded, the student practically fell to the floor trying to sit, "Roll over!" I demanded in a cold tone. The boy then began to roll over, "Good boy, stand up" I asked patting his head like a dog. I placed one hand on his shoulder while pushing his heart back into the empty cavity of his chest rather forcefully, he let out a small cry of pain as he became one again. "Well Done Y/n!" Lesso praised you sending shivers down your spine and a warm fuzzy feeling gathering in your stomach. 

"Class dismissed" Lady Lesso shouted "Not you." she said quietly shoving her cane in my chest. As the last student left the room I finally spoke "What can I do for my lady", I saw Lesso Eyes widen slightly at the new nickname but quickly covered it up "I have thought of a punishment for you, your display just then gave me an idea". "Mmm what evil is waiting for me" a replied with a playful tone. 

"Well I have decided to remove you from Professor Manley class, for both your sakes" she began as my face started to light up which quickly vanished as spoke again in a colder tone "However. I have decided that you must assist me with my second year classes, you will help me with demonstration and I require you do some marking outside of the lesson. This way I can keep an eye on you trouble maker". "Ugh really, that's like detention" I responded not sure if I was happy or not as on one hand I was spending more time with this gorgeous women but I also had to mark papers and spend time with little shits. 

"Mmm I think it fits quite nicely, a prolonged punishment if you will." she smirked. "Just think of all the extra time I get to spend with you" I replied with a sarcastic grin, earning a chuckle out of Lesso which I wish I could hear forever. "Make sure you eat something at dinner, I haven't seen you eat today." she said before dismissing me, I wasn't sure if she cared or if it was her job to make sure her students didn't starve to death, "Goodbye red." I whispered as I brushed past her leaving the room.
