Jang Wonyoung Feeling Free

Chapter Nine Stalking out of pure boredom

When they promised a full week off they weren't kidding since the message one day ago Wonyoung hadn't gotten one single message about up coming schedules or brand offerings.

So with all her free time on Sunday afternoon Wonyoung was in hongdae at a cute boutique shopping for trendy summer clothes like she had planned to days ago.

But after a few shops she became very bored and hot, The ropes of the heavy bags were cutting into her hands and she dipped into the nearest restaurant.

Thankfully inside was cool but also very pretty the walls were covered in a beautiful painting of cherry blossom trees, the tables were round and wooded with big bouquets of tulips on them.

Wonyoung heeled boots clicked and clacked on the ground as she walked to the counter thinking about what she should order as she did she dropped the bags at her feet and peered at the menu finally she decided to order her favorite an iced vanilla latte.

As she waited for the barista to make her drink wonyoung sat down at at one of the tables her bags surrounding her and stared out the big glass windows.

Just as wonyoung began to Zone out a figure caught her eye. Wearing a grey hoodie and black beanie wonyoung saw Jae hyun strolling down the street. She watched as he took long strides down the street turning his head ever so often to look into store windows. 

But soon Wonyoung lost sight of him and without missing a beat she got up and left the café leaving her coffee and bags behind. Truthfully she didn't know what she was doing but out of what she was blaming as pure boredom she followed him down the street.

She felt like a spy ducking into alleys ever so often and behind people. She knew she should simply walk up to him but she was having fun spying on him, but once again she lost him and the stretch of street ended leaving her staring at a stone wall.

Suddenly she felt someone tapping on her shoulder and she had a feeling she knew who it was "Having fun are we?" Jae hyun whispered into her ear sending a thrill of excitement down her spine "agh, Jae Hyun I didn't see you" Wonyoung lied playing with her hair "I think you did" He responded not buying her lie his signature smirk playing at his lips as he looked at her. She wanted to wipe it off.

"Jang Won Young are you stalking me" he asked shaking his head in a fake scolding way "What-No, I was just coming to talk to you" Wonyoung explained she didn't want to seem creepy even though she technically was following him in secret. "I thought you didn't see me" he countered her argument, crap wonyoung thought he had her cornered.

"Fine, I was following you" Wonyoung rolled her eyes admitting defeat "Well you want to hang out?" Jae hyun asked dropping his interrogation. Wonyoung thought for a moment it was kind of sudden but she had nothing to do with her schedules empty and members gone but she was a little nervous they had only ever talked for total of five minutes imagine an hour or two.

Next to her Jae Hyun cleared his throat snapping her out of her thoughts "yeah sure, but I need to get my things from that café" wonyoung told him pointing to the small building and with a nod they began weaving through the crowds together.

"So aren't you supposed to be training" Wonyoung asked him as they walked when she was a trainee she spent night and day practicing over an over again until she was to tired to move.

"We ended a few hours ago but I wasn't tired so I went out" He told her "Oh nice" Was all she could reply she regretted it instantly but before she could be once again consumed in her thoughts he added "Starships a great company though with amazing staff" "yeah, I have been there since 14" She confessed ignoring the shocked look, everyone is shocked when they hear her debut age she was used to it now.

"Your back" the barista called as they walked through the door way "ah yes I'm so sorry" Wonyoung told the girl bowing and paying for her drink adding a big tip, satisfied the barista left.

Wonyoung Began grabbing her bags but Jae Hyun instantly took them from her "No, Jae hyun I can carry-" but before she could finish he held his hand up "Your too formal wonyoung" He scolded "if I want to carry your bags please let me, I am going to hold your bags and open your doors so let's not waste time fighting over you doing it yourself" he informed her. "Fine, carry the five heavy bags" she playfully rolled her eyes at him.

"Let's go to my dorm first" she told him as they walked out of the café slapping his shoulder as his eyebrow shot up in curiosity.
