Jang Wonyoung Feeling Free

Chapter Twenty True Colors

It was the next day and Wonyoung was hopping out of the van determined on her mission.

She was dressed in thick black clothes trying to avoid being noticed by all the reporters who were camped outside starship hoping to capture Jae hyun or the other star boy's members leaving the building. She let out a sigh of relief as she successful made it into the building without being recognized.

Wonyoung clutched her phone and headed straight to the managers office. Her members had been curious and confused on why she was going to starship when it was there day off but thankfully Gaeul lied and said wonyoung was taking extra vocals lessons because of there upcoming live performance. Wonyoung made a mental note to treat Gaeul later as a thank you for everything she helped her with these past two days.

Wonyoung finally arrived at the room the door was closed and wonyoung stood there for a moment staring at the grey door. "Wonyoung?" Someone called out down the hallway as she was reaching for the handle. Turning she came face to face with Jaehyun who looked slightly more disheveled than usual his bright big eyes looked tired and plump lips cracked and dry.

Wonyoung tried to smile as if to brighten the mood but she didn't know how to act he looked exhausted and tired they also hadn't spoken in days since there last phone call. "What are doing here?" Jae hyun studied her. "They confessed" Wonyoung blurted a little excited this was surely to change his mood "what are you talking about" Jae hyun asked wonyoung eyes widened in surprise at his annoyed tone.

"Seojun he fake the video" Wonyoung quickly began explaining "I talked to him last night and he confessed it all Gaeul recorded everything and I'm here to give the video to your managers" She almost exploded with excitement he would be an idol again they would finally have a relationship going on dates and trips maybe even the groups could hangout.

"Why would you do that" Jaehyun demanded shaking his head. Her smile dropping wonyoung crinkled her eye brows confused "d-do what" Jae hyun sighed "talk to him and record why would you do that" "to clear your name so you can be an idol and..." Wonyoung trailed off as she saw his angry expression. "I didn't ask you to do that" Jae hyun scoffed. "You didn't have to I care about you that's why I did it" Wonyoung reached out for his hand but he stepped back crossing his arms.

Her breath catching in her throat wonyoung stepped back too "I don't understand why you care so much" Jae hyun mumbled rolling his eyes. Wonyoung felt like a knife had pierced her heart.

How could he act like they were nothing. "Because we are dating Jae hyun and that what couples do" Wonyoung replied she felt angry, confused and hurt so very hurt "were not dating wonyoung I thought are phone call made that clear" Jae hyun replied tears fully welled in her eyes. 

 she didn't know what to say he had told her to drop everything and not go digging but why would he say all these mean things it seemed a bit extreme she wanted to believe this was because of lack of sleep and stress but maybe he was always like this could she have missed signs all the jealousy, flirting with other girls and the overly aggressive short temper was Jae hyun finally showing his true colors?

"Plus i think you should worry about your own scandals" Wonyoung tears finally broke and were streaming down her face now a gasp escaped her throat "Fuck you" Wonyoung whispered before she pushed around him and raced down the hall "Wonyoung wait, that was a shitty thing to say I'm sorry!" Jaehyun called out but wonyoung just ran faster and hid in the first practice room she could find. She wasn't going to ignore that comment he was right he didn't care about her because if he did he would have never said that. Wonyoung curled into a ball on the floor and let her self cry.

To cry over Jae hyun over the stress of her life and the mess she was in over the fact she hadn't spoken to her family in so long and that she didn't have any friends other than her members but she cried the most because she was officially alone.
