Chapter Twenty Nine Finally Feeling Free.

Jihoon POV
Time skip five months later

Jihoon never thought be would be dating Jang Wonyoung, hell he never thought he would meet her now he was Five months into a relationship with her and she stayed this amazing, beautiful girl who was the love of his life.

His only regret was not telling her sooner he sometimes thought about all the time he sat there waiting for her when she was there all along. Sure they weren't always perfect they struggled with there long days and short nights and with fans and members it had proved to be a little difficult but they loved eachother enough to handle it all.

Jihoon walked into the loud dance room. Filled with his star boys members and IVE. The two groups hung out a lot and wonyoung had made it a priority for there members to know she didn't want to hide or lie to her bestfriends.

"Hey, babe" Wonyoung kisses his cheek softly hugging him Jihoon kissed her forehead "I got you something" he whispered motioning his head that they should go somewhere secluded. Wonyoung nodded and waved to Gaeul before slipping out the door Jihoon behind her. "Here" Jihoon handed her the small stain ring box.

Wonyoung face reddened a smile played at her lips "your not proposing are you" Wonyoung joked punching him lightly in the arm "Just open you'll see" Jihoon urged excitement raced through him as she took the lid off a sharp gasp escaped her lips "its beautiful".

Jihoon had gotten them matching couple rings but they were basically promise rings to show his devotion to her and there relationship. The ring was small and thin there was nothing to special so people didn't connect dots and speculate about them but inside he had unconditionally engraved.

"So you love it?" Jihoon asked a wide grin across his face that he couldn't control she just had this effect on him. "I do, I really do" She squealed hugging him holding her tight he spun her around and they ended with a sweet kiss.

*Wonyoung POV
A few weeks after the promise ring

Wonyoung was living her best life. She had given the mc offer to Yujin who now worked with Minho star boys leader. They were widely shipped in Korea which wonyoung found hilarious because her and Jihoon were dating and wearing matching rings but no one seemed to notice.

Not that she minded though she was finally after so long content with her life. She didn't feel overly stressed and tired she simple just felt happy. Sure she worked a lot and they had struggled at first but She felt no pressure to act or be anything but herself for Jihoon and it made everything so much easier.

Last month Jihoon and wonyoung traveled to her parents house where she introduced her boyfriend of almost six months and they all adored him. Jihoon and her dad even went on a fishing trip together.

Wonyoung decided to make some time just for things she wanted to do though so unlike her past relationships she didn't just depend on Jihoon for happiness so she started taking acting classes and was planning on staring in a drama soon.

She no longer looked at articles and comments to define who she is or how she felt. After all this time of searching she realized the person she needed was her of course she still struggled with unconditionally loving herself but she no longer felt tied down by her life she just felt free.
