Unexpected Hugs | Oliver Wood

The sound of the door closing brought Oliver back into his surroundings. He had just been revising a close plan on the new Quidditch training times, jotting down little notes about new tactics he wanted to try, when his girlfriend came into his room. "Hey darling—," He started saying, but the feeling of a pair of arms wrapping around his torso and a head buried into his chest made him interrupt himself, "Are you— are you okay?"
There was a muffled grumble from around his midriff before the head pulled back to display Y/n. "Are you okay?" He repeated his question, brushing aside her hair, still a little startled from the sudden hug.
"Fine, I just couldn't wait to see you, I missed you!"

That was the main problem with his girlfriend, she was a year younger than him and their schedules wouldn't match up, leaving them only the last few hours of the day, where they oftentimes had to study for upcoming exams, in Olivers case, N.E.W.T.'s. She buried her head in his torso again, breathing in his familiar scent.
"Are— Are you sure you're alright, baby?" He asked again, his accent thickening.

There was a muffled 'fine' from below, before the girl pulled her head back and pouted at him. "Can't I just hug you?" She questioned, cocking her head to one side innocently. He smiled slightly, his surprise ebbing away to be replaced by a soft look. He nuzzled his nose into her sweet-scented hair, breathing deeply.
"I love you, baby." She cooed, training her fingers up and down his chest, over the thin green material of his shirt. "I like this shirt."

He chuckled lightly, cupping her face with his large hands, his nose barely brushing hers, "I love you too and I like my shirt too, darling."
She just hummed, glancing up at him through her lashes, a cheeky glint in her eyes, before she connected their lips in a sweet, sensual kiss.
"My man, my cuddles," she grinned, "my shirt."
