CHAPTER III : A Plan

Present time.....

The dream felt like it just happened yesterday. I grabbed a glass of water and drank it. I didn't felt like getting up so I was lying on my bed watching the ceiling when suddenly my phone beeped. It was a picture send by Prerna, Rey's girlfriend in the group she made on Instagram. I opened the message, it was a picture of a girl being proposed with a red rose by a guy sitting on his knees. Prerna sent that picture with a message saying, "Reyansh look how cute this is, when are you doing this for me? Kayra you better teach your brother to be more romantic." followed by some cute emojis, to which my brother had replied "I'm way more romantic, lets meet at my place I'll show all kinds of romance to you." With laughing emojis. They both have been dating for a year now, Prerna is a simple sweet girl aspiring to be an interior designer. Both of them met through their common friends and after few weeks started dating. I don't know how they ended up together, I mean my brother is aspiring to become a chef, and on the other hand she wanna become an interior designer. Okay I see how they ended up together.

"Ugh! What a cute couple. When did everyone around me turned so cringe." I said to myself irritated. I was about to shut my phone off when something in that picture striked me. I opened the picture again and when I saw the picture carefully I was shocked to my core. The boy proposing on his knees seemed very similar to me after a minute when I saw him carefully it was no one but Yug. My heart started beating fast, anger and tears ran in my eyes. I know it has been so many years to our breakup, but whenever I see him with any other girl, something hurts in my heart. I don't know why but I hate to see him with someone else so happy after what he did to me.

I immediately texted in the group asking Prerna about how she knew them. "Hi Prerna, how do you know them? I mean this couple in the picture?" I waited for her reply impatiently. After few minutes I saw her typing along with Rey typing. "Wait a minute, is this boy him Kayra? Yes it is him. How couldn't I see it before." Rey texted. "You guys know him? His name is Yug. I don't know him personally but he's my friend Aashima's boyfriend. How do you guys know him?" Prerna texted surprised. There was silence in the group chat for few minutes, neither Rey texted anything nor I. "Hello!! Will you guys tell me what happened?" Prerna texted. "Ya, he's my ex boyfriend." I replied. No one said a word after my message. "Hey you guys, relax I'm completely fine. Come on, it's been years and I've completely moved on." I texted again to which both of them reacted with a heart. Have I moved on? If yes then why there is this constant anger and tears in my eyes after seeing him with someone else. He has happily moved on, well he never bothered to be sad breaking up with me, which always bothered me and it was then when I thought I won't let him be happy, atleast not until he feels every inch of pain that I had felt because of him.

"Are you really fine?" Rey texted me personally. "Yes my big brother I'm completely fine. Don't worry about me." I replied "Okay, but if there's anything, you know I'm here right?" He texted back with a red heart. "Yes Rey I know you're here. I'm happy that he's found his love finally. I won't lie I had tears in my eyes when I saw the picture first but my anger overlapped it. I'm happy afterall it's time when I can finally start my Sweet Revenge on him" I replied.
