Chapter 4

It would be the next morning and she would be getting ready for the day by herself.

"Hey Eyalu!" Ao'nung says walking in with a guilty look on his face

"Who said you could come in?" She said annoyed.

"Sorry.." he said looking down

She saw his face, She felt a bit bad.
"What is it Ao'nung?"

"Look i just wanted to say I was sorry! He came up expecting the fish I was supposed to hunt so I just handed him that one.." he said looking down

"I know it doesn't make it better! But I replaced all the fish you had caught that day!" He said looking up at her holding a net of fish

She would look up at him and would take the net of fish out of his hands counting all the fish.
"How long did it take you to get all this?"

"A half a day.. the fishes weren't active.." he said looking away for a moment and rubbing his hair.
"Well thanks.." she'd walk away putting the fish away.

"Forgive me?" He had a half-smile
"I already did.." she said
"Really?" He said
"Yes.. I know how it feels like to disappoint your family.." she'd say looking down.

"Oh so we get eachother!" He said as he moved closer throwing his arm around her smirking.

"I guess.." she shrugged
Neteyam had then knocked on the the pole.
"Eyalu?"
She walked out of Ao'nungs reach almost skipping towards Neteyam.
Ao'nungs smile Faded as his body filled with jealousy watching her skip towards Neteyam.

"Hey forest boy!" She Said smiling at him.
"Hey reef girl!" He said rolling his eyes
She rolls her eyes at him and walks back in further of her Mauri
Ao'nung watched as they spoke to eachother his body filling with jealousy!

"Oh hey Ao'nung." He glared at Ao'nung
"Hi.." he said with an annoyed tone.

"What're you doing here?" Neteyam asked annoyed yet curiously.
"I don't need your permission to visit My friend!" He said slightly pinning his ears,

"What's with all the tension in here?" Kiri walked in with a smirk on her face..
"Kiri!" Said Eyalu.
"Hey Eyalu! But seriously what's with the tension in here?" Kiri asked smirking at the boys.

"What tension?" They both looked at eachother and shrugged They're shoulders..
Kiri rolled her eyes and laughed walking with Eyalu to the beach.

"They obviously like you!" Kiri said smiling at Eyalu
"Really? I don't think so!" She replied
"Why not?" Kiri asked
"Because I just think they've never been around girls that aren't related to them! So they're using me to practice!" She said giggling

Kiri laughs at Eyalu "your so oblivious and innocent! It's kinda cute!"
Eyalu rolls her eyes smiling
"Did Tsireya tell you about the celebration tonight?" Kiri asked

"No.. But I was hoping to head back home tonight.."

"Home?!? no way! They will be fine for one more day! Please come to the celebration!" Kiri said loudly
Eyalu pondered to herself about her decision.

"Pleaseee? Me Tsireya and you can get ready tonight together!" Kiri pleaded and begged.
Eyalu Rolled her eyes and nodded
"But I have no more clothes.. I wasn't expecting to stay here very long.."
"It's fine!! You can borrow Tsireyas clothes or mine!" Kiri said excited

She nodded and smiled.

"Come on, Let's gather Tsireya and head to her Mauri!" Kiri smiled
Eyalu nodded and got dragged by Kiri.

They had headed to Tsireya and her family's Mauri to get ready.

"Here try on this top! It's very fancy!" Tsireya smiled handing the top toward her. The top was a silver netted top with seashells and flowers on it.

"And take this bottom! It matches perfectly!" Kiri handed the white bottom with a shiny pearl netted skirt looking thing.

She put it all on and admired the beautiful outfit they had given her. Tsireya had let out and excited screech admiring how they all look!

Kiri twirled smiling. Ronal came in looking at the beautiful girls smiling. She handed Eyalu a Beautiful Pearly hair clip!
"This would look great with what you are wearing!" Ronal said holding Eyalus shoulders comforting her.
"Thank you!" Eyalu smiled at her

"Your mother would be so amazed by your beauty!" Ronal said smiling at Eyalu.

"Thank you Ronal! I cant wait to tell her all about it when I go home!" Eyalu said excited to ronal, Ronals smile started to fade as she said that.. But she quickly brought her smile back up letting go of eyalus shoulders,

"I should go and get ready! I will see you at the celebration tonight! You all look great!" Ronal smiled and waved then walked away.

Tsireya had hugged Eyalu from the side
"You truly look great!"

"Thank you Tsireya! You both look amazing!" She smiled
They smiled back at her

"Let's go before we are late! I want to make boys jealous!" Kiri giggled
"Okay okay let's go!" Eyalu said rolling her eyes laughing at Kiri!
