With Lo'ak

-

The Young Navi boy was sat by the seaside, as he quietly sobs.

"Fuck my life" he speaks under his breath as he wipes the tears that streamed down his cheeks like a river.

His ears perked up as he heard a familiar voice approaching. He swiftly wiped his eyes trying to hide the fact he was crying.

"Lo'ak?" He looks back seeing the Young Pregnant Metkayina Girl, As she was holding a bowl of water and a cloth, Her hair was braided back, in a half up and half down messy bun.

"Eyalu? What are you doing here?" He asked.

She went and sat by him, placing the bowl of water down next to him.

"I see you were also involved in the fight, I wish to help you aswell Lo'ak." She said as she dipped the cloth in the bowl, looking back to him and smiling as she grabbed his chin and lightly dapped his lip.

He winced and flinched back in pain.
"Sorry!" She apologized

"It's okay.." he sniffles,

She observes his swollen eyes, she sighs.

"Lo'ak, i heard something happened between you and Tsireya." She said as she cleaned his wound.

"You did.." he said as his eyes looked away.

She nodded.
"Do you wish to vent?" She said.

"It's okay.. i don't want to burden you."

"You won't! I promise!" She said giving him a smile.

He sighed.

"Me and her are together, And we agreed to tell our parents separately at dinner. I told mine, and she lied and told me she told hers.. I realized that she lied when she avoided affection in public around her parents, when I asked her about it.. She said that I wouldn't understand!" He said, as he became more frustrated.

She listened, as she dipped the cloth back in, then squeezing the water out as she then put the ointment on her finger tips.

"But she doesn't understand what I had to go through when I told my parents.." he said as his eyes begun to water once again.

"I am starting to think this thing between us is nothing."

She applied the ointment gently onto his busted lips.
"Lo'ak don't say that.." she said, then wiping her fingers off with the cloth.

"Lo'ak, she truly does care about you, she cares about you more than she has ever cared about a boy!" She reassured him.

He looks down.

"Her parents just.. aren't very accepting about certain things.. especially when it comes to her love life, I mean it was a Metkayina boy who just wanted to go beyond the reef with her and Ronal gave him a death threat!" She said as she giggled.

Lo'ak also chuckled as he wiped his swollen eyes.

"Thanks Eyalu.." he said, still sounding down.

"Lo'ak, just communicate with her"

"I'll try.." he said.

"My family isn't very.. well, loving towards me anymore.." he said.

"Why's that?" She said.

"It's just my dad really.. He never had anything nice to say to me, he holds me in a high standard.. and nobody defends me, ATLEAST now nobody does, atleast i used to have Neteyam, but now Neteyam is gone.." he said as his eyes began to water again.
