"THIS IS STRANGELY A NICE PLACE DESPITE THIS AU BEING UNDERFELL."

[Name] and Sans sat behind each other's back and Sans snored soundly while [Name] admired the fake stars. They may be fake, but at least they looked pretty. The fake blue stars twinkled brightly above them as [Name] spotted a monster from afar. The monster came waddling over to them.

Loren didn't change much (appearance wise). They only wore a spiked collar and yellow and red socks. As they waddled over to [Name], they were also admiring the fake stars.

[Name] smiled, relieved that their favorite monster was still safe. As Loren finally waddled to [Name], the two just stared at each other. [Name] patted a spot next to them, gesturing to Loren for them to sit down next to them. Loren first refused, as they didn't trust people that much. [Name] perfectly understood, it was Underfell after all.

[Name] lightly clapped their hands together, trying out another one of their newest tricks. They learned this spell in Outertale, in which you can create your own star thanks to your own soul magic. A small blue light shined from inside of [Name]'s hands, Loren watching in slight awe. Once the light calmed down, [Name] opened their hands, revealing a bright star.

Loren gasped in surprise. "Whoa. . .is that a star. . . ?" they asked. still in slight awe. "Yeah. . . it's a star," [Name] replied with a small smile. "Can I touch it?" Loren asked with slightly bright eyes despite their usual dead looking eyes. [Name] handed the star to them, making Loren slowly reach for it. Once they touched a part of the star (somehow), they felt a warm sensation. The star was warm, and it made them feel slightly giddy inside.

"Can I eat it?" They asked [Name], earning a chuckle out of them. "It's not edible, man," [Name] told them, earning a small frown from Loren.

"Can I kill it?"

[Name] forgot that Loren was usually always like this. "No, no, no," [Name] nodded their head 'no' slowly. "Stars eventually die off on their own. So, we must treasure it for the meantime." Loren looked at [Name] before looking back at the star. They gasped, finally acknowledging the beauty of the star.

"Are you a star?" Loren asked [Name] with a slight smile. "Maybe I am," they slightly chuckled. "You want it?" Loren rapidly nodded as they gently took the star. "Make sure to treasure it, man."

Loren walked away with the star in hands.

"Huh, you're still good with kids."

Sans just woke up from his nap and saw the whole wholesome event unfold. He grinned, kind of relieved that this version of [Name] is kind of still the same old [Name] back at home.

Said human chuckled a bit. "I'm glad," they replied, remembering the good old times back home.

". . . so how am I like in your place?" Sans asked, growing a bit curious to how [Name]'s AU was like. [Name] didn't answer though. ". . . kid? You alright in there?" He asked, beginning to grow concerned for the human. Said human soon snapped back into reality. They were lost in their thoughts after what Sans said.

"Whoops, sorry," [Name] quickly apologized. "You said something?"

"Eh, I'll ask another time," Sans casually replied, laying on his back besides the humans to fall asleep again. "No! You're making me wanna know, man!" [Name] playfully replied as they began shaking Sans back. The two laughed before it eventually died down.

"Fine, you win, kid," Sans sighed, admitting defeat. "How was I in your place?"

[Name] got lost in their thoughts, again. But this time, they snapped themselves out of their own thoughts. "Sorry about that," they quickly apologized. "Let's see. . . you wanna know if you're the same old Sans in my place, huh?"
