I'm so pissed. I'm on the verge of becoming mega-pissed. No, enormously pissed. If Goddesses could be murdered, I know the first one I would go after.

Celesta the Celestial Bitch decided not to tell me how to use my last gift. She lied and said that because it's not Goddess-given, she doesn't know how to use it. She then proceeded to give me a knowing smirk, basically admitting that she was feeding me bullshit.

To lessen the guilt, I was going to erase a few memories of mine. I don't want to be haunted by my victims' wails of pain anymore. But I can't do that anymore because she refuses to tell me.

The car behind me honks noisily. I'm knocked out of my thoughts and look up, finally noticing the green light. Before I begin moving again, I roll down the window and flip the person behind me the bird.

I sigh inwardly. It's been two days. Two days since I've left. I've died and lived without my whole family and my first love for 600 years, yet I've never felt a pain as bad as this. I had to stop the car a few times due to the intensity. I can't imagine how Daniel's feeling. Probably worse. I can only wish I'll be able to see him. Hopefully after this mission there will be a short amount of time for me to visit him.

My breath catches in my throat. I guess I'm really ecstatic about that possibility.

The truck for human trafficking is in Ontario, Canada, in front of some warehouse, where their headquarters is stationed at. I look up and notice the rusty building, and immediately make a u-turn. I can't have them see my car if I'm going to do my plan correctly.

I stop at a nearby coffee shop and unbuckle. I place the map in the safe compartment and put on my long robe. I slowly cut the edges to make it seem like I've slept on rocks before. And finally, I mutter the command Celesta told me at the last minute: mutatio. Perfect, now I look like a young Angelina Jolie. She's exactly who I need to look like. A beautiful, young girl. I'm sure no one would recognize one of Hollywood's queens when they were in high school.

I quickly slide the robe on and run to the other side of the warehouse. The stench of blood hits me like a truck. Evil laughter echoes from the inside, which wouldn't have been heard by me if I wasn't a vampire. My fangs poke my lower lip before coming back to hiding. These assholes can't just kill girls that don't cooperate, they still have so much life to live!

I feel a pang in my heart. I was once one of the assholes.

Wobbling a bit, I walk on to the van.

"Hello?" I scream, trying to gather attention.

I turn towards the warehouse.

"Is anyone in here?" I mutter uncertainly.

Someone wolf whistles from behind me. I disguise the disgust on my face and turn around with hope in my eyes.

"Finally! Can you please spare change for a meal, I'm very hungry. Living on the edge of the street can do that to you. A few cents is all I'm asking for, sir."

His eyes rake over my body slowly. I fight the urge to rip his head off of his body. Only Daniel is allowed to look at me like that.

"I can give you much more than that." He purrs. He smiles, showing that a majority of his teeth has fallen out, probably from drugs, and that the teeth that are still there are as yellow as a taxi cab. Oh I'll be damned if I let him near me. He probably smells like a sewer.

I pretend to show fear.

"Wh-what do you mean by that, mister?" I stumble back a few, purposely falling on my bum.
