After three month

Every students was just focusing in class trying not to think about Nurul.
"Okay class may I know what is the area of the circle?" Everyone looked at the teacher blankly. "Guys?" The teacher asked them.
"Umm I think is-" Aini was about to answer but then her cellphone started to ring. "Aini why do you have your phone with you?" The teacher walked towards her.
Aini chuckled and picked up the phone. "Hello?"
"Hello ni Aini kan?"
"Ye ni Aini ni Ibu Nurul ke?" Aini looked at Trish surprised.
"Ye Saya ni Ibu Nurul. Auntie nak cakap yang Nurul dah sihat dier dah bangun dah 2 bulan lepas" Aini looked at the phone then put back at her right ear.
"Jadi Kita bole jumpa dier ke?" Aini asked leaning backwards because the teacher was reaching for the phone. "Aini stop give me the phone" Aini shakes her head.
"Bole Aini bole jumpa dier" Aini smiled. "Okay Hari ini jugak Kita jumpa dier. Terima kasih Auntie" Aini end the call.
"Korang!" Everyone looked at Aini. "Nurul DAH BANGUN DARI COMA!!!" Aini looked at the teacher if can let them go see Nurul. "Go on but only people who is close with her which is" Aini nodded. "I know who. Thank you teacher!" Aini said then grabbed Trish hand and bring her out of the class with their bags.
Aini and Trish quickly went to the boys class and get all of them to go to the hospital.
At the hospital
All of them was running inside the hospital going to Nurul's room.
"Eh bole Tiga orang je!" The nurse shouted at them from the counter but none of them listen to her and just went to the room.
The door open and everyone looked at Nurul lying at the bed eating her fruit.
"Helooo" Nurul smiled at them with fruit inside her mouth.
"NURUL!" All of them went to Nurul and hug her, all of them means just Trish and Aini while the rest just wave at her or put gift at the table.
Trish then let them go and still saw Aini hugged Nurul. Trish smiled then turn into a shocked. Aini was suffocating her by hugging her tightly.
Nurul mouthed to Trish "Help me". Trish nodded quickly and tries to pull Aini away from Nurul. "Aini daaaaah CUKUP"
Aini looked at Nurul who is staring at her with a wide eyes. "Oh sorry my bad" Aini replied backing away from her and stood beside Ayam.
"Apasal tak bilang kita yang kau dah bangun 2 bulan lepas?" Naim sit at the edge at the left side of the bed. "Aku tak nak sebab korang ada class test kan that time and kalau aku cakap nanti korang cepat cepat datang kat sini macam tadi" Nurul said raising her eyebrows.
Some of them chuckled while some of looked down smiling at the floor.
"Nurul" Kahar walked to her sitting beside her on the bed. "Ni untuk awak" Kahar gave a big bouquet to Nurul.
Nurul smiled and stare at his eyes. "Terima kasih" Kahar smiled at her. "Sama sama" Both of them stared at each other like no one was in the room, just the two of them.
"Ehem ehem" Ayam caught their attention and Ayam waved at the both of them. "Kita pun ada kat bilik ni tau" both of them giggled and kept quiet smiling at the floor. Kahar stood up and stand beside Hakeem.
Then the door open slowly and there she was Iliana looking at her sister Nurul. "Kakak?" She called to reassure again that Nurul is her sister.
Nurul smiled at her. "Ye Adik?" Iliana ran to her and hugged her.
"Kakak I nak minta maaf" Nurul smiled at her patting her head softly. And Iliana continues "Kalau Adik tahu Kakak tu kakak Adik, adik tak akan tikam kakak" Nurul sighed and bring Iliana body to face her.
"Adik..." Nurul looked at her face and her make up was messy and she laughed "Apa ni make up buruk nya" Nurul said that made Iliana whined "Jangan laaaah" Iliana said wiping her make up off.
"Dah sudah jangan nanggis dah buruk muka jangan kasi buruk lagi" Iliana then whined again "Ibu tengok Kakak ni" Nurul laughed at her.
"Ayy Kakak jangan buat Adik macam gitu" The mother said slapping Nurul shoulder "Ye Ye sorry sorry" Nurul chuckled and wiped off the tears from Iliana face "Dah lah Kakak dah maaf Kan"
"Huh?!" Ayam said walking to the side of the bed "Kau biar betul after what she did!?!?" He shouted at Nurul "Eh eh kau ni, ni Kan Adik aku. Mesti lah kena minta maaf Kan Adik beradik takleh gaduh gaduh" Nurul then turned her head to Naim and Fakhri.
They both smiled awkwardly and stared somewhere else not making eye contact with her.
"Hmm Ye lah kau punya pasal" Ayam said walking back beside Aini.
"Bila kakak bole balik?" Iliana said eating Nurul'a strawberry. Nurul stare at the fruit then at her and took it away from her and eat it.
After finish swallowing she said "Esok dah bole balik sekolah" Everyone cheered. "But Kita punya programme dah nak habis" Aini said playing with her fingers sadly.
"Oh yea kita stay untuk 3 bulan jer" Iliana said. "Oh but I moved in to the boys school so I think I will still stay there though"
"Huh? Datang lah balik kat girls kudrat school" Iliana said moving Nurul's arm "Hmm tengok dulu kalau bole okay?" Iliana nodded and eat Nurul strawberry.
