"Mom..." Jennie was moved. She reached out and hugged Min-a's waist, resting her head on Min-a's stomach, unable to say anything.

In her previous life, she did not know who her parents were since she was born. She was adopted by her foster mother after a few years. She treated her very well, but unfortunately, she did not stay with her for long as she passed away very soon, leaving her alone once again.

In this life, she was reborn in this family out of the blue. When she first came here, she had experienced how heartless and bullying Jung Tae was, which caused her to be disappointed at her parents again. Even then, she did not expect that she would end up having these two people as their parents.

Min-a's unreserved affection, Woobin's unconditional indulgence and pampering of her in spite of his ineloquence had made Jennie deeply feel for the first time what a blessing it was to have parents who truly loved her.

Even if this love was based on the premise that she was the eldest daughter of the Kim family, just like the reason why Min-a would tell her this was only because the original owner of this body once committed suicide because of her husband's negligence of her, Jennie still could not help but feel moved.

They remained in the embrace for a long time. Min-a raised her head slightly, so that the tears in her eyes would not roll down her cheeks. She held back the reluctance she felt and patted Jennie's shoulder. "Alright, it's time to go. If we don't depart now, we are going to be late."

Only then did Jennie let go of Min-a and muffled back, "Okay."

Normally, most wedding ceremonies took place in the afternoon or evening, but because of the eager request of two grooms, the ceremony was moved up to eleven in the morning.

Nam Joo-hyuk, as Minho's best man, was called over by Minho early on that day. He was standing by Minho's side right now, feeling bored. He was making small talk to pass the time.

Nam Joo-hyuk looked listlessly at the church entrance not far away. It was as if suddenly he remembered something. He pulled on Minho's arm and asked curiously, "Speaking of which, Suzy has no parents, so who will be the one to walk her down the aisle?"

Suzy was an orphan without any parents. She only had a sister, Woo-hee, who was already her bridesmaid. So, she naturally could not be the person who walked her down the aisle.

Among the elders of the Kim family, Jung Tae and Raewon were at feuds with Jennie. Woobin was definitely going to walk Jennie down the aisle today. Old Master Kim was the only one who was available, so was he really going to walk Suzy down the aisle?

Minho did not answer. Nam Joo-hyuk, who knew his friend's temperament well, raised his eyebrows and asked tentatively, "I say, you know who is going to her down the aisle, don't you?"

Minho furrowed his eyebrows and said rightfully, "Grandpa said he would take care of it."

"He said he would take care of it and you didn't ask how?"

Minho did not speak and Nam Joo-hyuk already knew the answer. The corner of the mouth twitched, everyone in this family, each was more unreliable than the last!

Nam Joo-hyuk felt conflicted for a moment. She was about to say something when he suddenly heard a commotion coming from outside. The long-awaited bride had probably arrived.

Nam Joo-hyuk and Minho turned their heads to follow the sound at the same time, but after seeing the person who walked in beside Suzy...they were completely dumbfounded.

Nam Joo-hyuk was shocked. Darn it! Why did the man who walked Suzy in look so much like his Uncle Rain?

In fact, not just Nam Joo-hyuk, Minho, Lisa, along with all the friends and relatives who were invited to attend the wedding were all stupefied after seeing the man who was standing beside Suzy.

Rain, the former second young master of the Nam family and the general current manager of the Nam Group, controlled the most elite think tank of the entire Nam Group and was one of the biggest contributors to the development of Nam Group.

It was not an exaggeration to say that although Rain was not the chairman of the Nam Group, half of Nam Group's lifeline was in his hands. It was a good thing that the brothers of the Nam family were very united, plus, Rain was not an ambitious man, otherwise Nam Group's leader would have already been changed long ago.

And now, a figure like him was actually walking beside Suzy, taking the place of Suzy's elder, allowing Suzy to hold his hand and lead Suzy forward step by step.

Nam Joo-hyuk's jaw dropped. His silly expression, as if he had just seen a ghost, easily attracted the attention of his uncle.

In the next second, Rain's gaze swept over to him. The unique tacit understanding between them had made them understand what each other were trying to say with just a glance.

Knowing that his uncle did not want him to ask any question at this moment, Nam Joo-hyuk silently closed his wide-open mouth again and watched with a calm face as Rain walked toward them with Suzy.

He began to guess the reason Rain did this. All he could think about was one possibility, that was Rain must have agreed to do this as a form of respect for Old Master Kim.

But what Nam Joo-hyuk missed was that this reason alone was not enough to make Rain agree to act as an elder to a girl he had never met before and personally hand her off to another man.

The reason why Rain agreed to this matter, well, it all began half an hour ago.

As a friend of Old Master Kim, it was only right to invite Rain to such a big event as Old Master Kim's grandson and granddaughter were getting married.

Plus, Old Master Kim's granddaughter-in-law was a friend of his nephew. Rain had no excuse to not attend this wedding.

Therefore, shortly after Nam Joo-hyuk was called away by Minho, Rain also left his house and went to the church where the two couples were getting married.

As Rain had arrived quite early, most of the guests weren't there yet, so he had been drinking tea and chatting with Old Master Kim in the lounge.

And just half an hour ago, Old Master Kim suddenly said to Rain, "My future granddaughter-in-law is an orphan. She grew up without a parent. My grandson and granddaughter are holding their weddings together today. When the ceremony begins later, Woobin will walk Jennie down the aisle, but my granddaughter-in-law only has a sister by her side. As a grandfather, I am considered as her in-law, so it isn't proper for me to walk her down the aisle. Well, since you just happen to be about the same age as Jung Tae, why don't you do me a favor and walk her down the aisle later?"

Rain did not think much about it when he heard what the old master said. He was just a little confused. "Is this a joke, Old Master? You know that I am an unmarried man. Asking me to be your granddaughter-in-law's bridal escort, don't you think it's too random? No way. Ask somebody else. I might jinx myself if I do such a thing."

Old Master Kim was not annoyed by his rejection. He just looked at Rain with a smile on his face and his eyes were full of treachery. "Are you sure you can't do me this favor?"

Rain eyebrows trembled. He had been friends with him for so many years.. He knew very well that every time this old man showed this expression, he must have some schemes planned out!
