Jennie and Lisa calmed themselves down after being frightened by the former master of the family. Just when they were about to leave and return home, Jennie's mobile phone rang once again.

This time, Jennie quickly picked up the call because it was from Min-a.

"Hi, Mother. Yes. We're outside now. What is the result of Suzy's check-up? Really? Congratulations to Minho and Suzy. Okay. Tomorrow I'll take Leo and come over. Okay. Alright. That's all."

Although Lisa had roughly speculated certain things from Jennie's conversation, Lisa still asked to confirm, "What's the matter?"

After Jennie hung up, she turned her head around and looked at Lisa. She gave a smile as she said, "It's from my mother. The results of Suzy's medical test have been released. She's truly pregnant. She has been pregnant for about two months. If I count the days, it should happen on the day when my elder brother proposed to her."

Lisa was not surprised with the results. He gave a nod and said quietly, "When you go over tomorrow, please congratulate Minho and Suzy on my behalf."

Jennie stared at Lisa's face but did not say anything.

Lisa felt goosebumps under her stare. He creased his eyebrows and asked, "Are you not feeling well? Or... do you have something else?"

"No. Nothing. Let's go home." Jennie discreetly looked away and faced the front.

Lisa noticed that Jennie did not plan to say anything more. Despite having queries in his heart, he did not want to force her. As such, he quietly started the car engine and returned to the Manoban family's villa.

After the entire day of hard work, Jennie was exhausted. When she reached home, she had her dinner and took a rest with Leo.

By the time Lisa entered the bedroom, Jennie had already fallen asleep with Leo. Under the reflection of the soft moonlight, an indescribable heartwarming image of Jennie and Leo came to his sight.

Lisa sat by the bedside and watched his wife and son, who were in deep slumber. He was aware that Jennie had something hidden from him. He also knew that Jennie had hidden certain things from him ever since they came back from the Park family's residence.

"Goodnight." As usual, Lisa bent over and planted a kiss on Jennie's forehead. The next moment, he turned around and slept on the other side of the bed.
