"Sam, slow down" You said grabbing her wrist to stop her from leaving the apartment.

"Don't" She said firmly.

"She's not alone, Chad and Mindy are with her. She's safe" You tried to reason but the blinding rage she felt was all you could see in her eyes.

"We thought she was safe the last time too, Y/n" Sam argued.

"I know, and I know you want what's best for even if she can't see that so I'm coming with you because you're pissed off right now and you're probably gonna say some shit you'll regret later" You said. "Besides, safety in nunbers, right?"

Her anger faltered slightly at how much you cared for her. You were willing to have Tara, your best friend, be angry with you (which you never took well) for her.

The walk there was quick and the air outside the house was thick with the smell of alcohol and just that told you that even if Ghostface wasn't here, this isn't the best place to be.

You have each other a look before heading inside. You were about to ask around but commotion was heard to the left side of the house. You both got there as fast as you could and saw Chad hitting another student.

You recognized him, Frankie, he was a douche and resident d**k of the college. You asked Mindy what was happening.

"Tara was going to go upstairs with him by choice but if you haven't noticed she's not very sober. He was taking advantage of that" She explained quickly.

You blood boiled as you stepped into the circle the people had made around the two.

"Hey Frankie" You said loud enough to catch his attention before you punched him square in the face as hard as you could.

"What the f**k!" He yelled holding his nose and grunting in pain. As if that wasn't enough Sam went ahead and taze him where nobody would like to be tazed.

Tara stormed out, Sam following and you grabbed Mindy's drink from her hand and gulped it before following them and then then tilted your head to the side as a signal to follow the sisters.

"Cut her a little slack, Tara. She's only trying to look out for you" You said and she gave you a disbelieving look.

"She's being paranoid!" The shorter girl retorted.

"Wouldn't you be?" She stayed silent for a bit and you thought for a fraction of a second that you had managed to get her on the same page.

"Doesn't mean I would live my life in a shell, always paranoid, always worrying, always f*****g over protective!" She yelled.

"I'm sorry that I'm worried for you but you're my little sister and it's always going to be that way, because every time I see an ambulance pass or a psycho dressed as those sick f***s on halloween, I can only see you... In the hospital trying to get away from him!" Sam yelled at the brink of tears.

"You're the reason I was there in the first place! If you hadnt left I wouldn't have even been attacked as god damn bait!" Tara yelled back.

"Tara...calm the f**k down" You said calmly, which scared the others because they knew you were angry. You only ever swore when you were angry and you never showed it too.

"Oh please, Y/n. We all know that you're taking her side because you have a f*****g crush on her!Why else would you?"

"Because I had a sister! And she was stupid and reckless and also thought I was over-f*****g-protective, she died! So forgive me if I'm taking Sam's f*****g side and trying to save everyone the pain of fucking losing your a**!" You angrily yelled walking pass her. Sam followed without a second thought and everyone else took Tara back home.
