Ishita was deep in her sleep, an empty darkness only visible to her closed eyes, when she suddenly felt a known touch on her arm, making her eyes flutter open, only to be surprised to find dushyant in front of her sight.

"ishita?" called dushyant in order to wake her up, as he stopped after he noticed she was awake now. She stretched her arms while still lying down, rubbing her eyes clean and finally getting up, completely awake from what had been a surprisingly calm and dreamless sleep.

"good morning..." said dushyant, as he was carrying a tray in his hand, that he placed in the middle of the bed, such that it was between them, while he occupied the empty corner of the bed adjacent to her.

"yeh kya hai..." questioned ishita, as she stretched her neck, yet to be fully awaken mentally, while dushyant offered her a cup of tea, after stirring it well to mix a teaspoon of sugar well, which she accepted.

"tumhari chaye, meri coffee, aur...hum dono ka nashta.." replied dushyant, as he signaled to a croissant on the plate, he kept near her.

"mangwane ki kya zaroorat thi, bahar jaake karlete na..." stated ishita, as she sipped the tea, while dushyant snickered at her comment.

"madam naashte ka time over hogaya, hum dono zyada late so gaye..." informed dushyant, as ishita was surprised.

"seriously?" replied ishita in disbelief, as he nodded in agreement.

"haan, jab utha aur time dekha tab realise kiya maine...phir pucha bahar jaake ki agar woh naashta kamre mein bhejwade,  socha tum tab tak uth hi jaogi, phir nashta aane pe bhi nahi uthi, maine kaha ab utha hi deta hoon..." explained dushyant, as ishita was done sipping her tea.

"i'm surprised kavin purvi nahi barse hamare kamre mein abhi tak...." remarked ishita, as dushyant chuckled, shaking his head along, he couldn't help but agree too.

"aaj toh shaam ki party hai seedha, soch rahe honge araam karne do dono ko...phir ache se sarr khaayenge..." replied dushyant, as he was to gulped down the last ounce of his coffee in the cup, while ishita couldn't help but chortle slightly at the comment.

"waise thak nahi jaoge, raat tak drama karna pad sakta hai tumhe mujhse pyaar karne ka?" teased ishita, raising her brow at him playfully, while she took a bite of her croissant, while he chuckled.

"nahi, mujhe toh koi takleef nahi hai, par agar tum chaho toh hum ladne ka bhi drama kar sakte hai..." remarked dushyant, as he munched on his french toast.

"hmm...hum kabhi lade nahi logon ke saamne...socho kya sochenge sab log...tumhare parents...meri maa...kavin-purvi...they'd regret thinking ki humein saath rakhna logon ko baatein banane se rokega.." played along ishita with the suggestion, as he couldn't help but agree.

"chalo, unke bhi chehron pe hawaiyaan udhe jaise humari udhi thi inki baat sunkar...." concluded dushyant, continuing to munch on his french toast.

"par, hum ladenge kis baat pe?" questioned dushyant, as ishita who was done eating her croissant, dusted off her hands on the plate and kept it aside on the tray.

"shayad yeh ho sakta hai, ki hum dopeher ko ghoomne gaye, bade khush, phir ekdum sadde hue wapas aaye..." suggested ishita, with an exaggerated casualness to her tone, making it apparently fake, which dushyant caught on.

"hmm, par iske liye humein, sach mein ghoomna jaana padega...toh tum, woh suggest kar rahi ho?" played dushyant dumb to what he clearly knew she was trying to imply.

"i mean, dopeher aur shaam drama karne se acha nahi hai ki bas shaam ko drama kare?" stated ishita in a matter of fact tone, while dushyant nodded along, the subtext in the conversation being very apparent to them.

"sure..." replied dushyant, as there was a playful eye lock between them, tight lipped smiles that withheld laughter were exchanged.

A cylindrical shaped underwater structure with transparent walls, had perfectly cushioned and comfortable beds to lay on, with well placed air conditioning, and soft music in the background, a perfect place for an underwater massage.

"i have never had a massage in my life while watching dolphins..." stated ishita, as dushyant couldn't help but chuckle.

"seriously, you get to see dolphins, i can only see like tiny fishes..." responded dushyant, moving his head towards her direction.

"wow, mere sarr ghoomate hi shark...amazing..." remarked dushyant with sarcasm seeping through his voice as ishita chuckled.

"you know, you attract what you are deep inside...." stated ishita dryly, closing her eyes, relaxing with the smooth motions of the masseuse.

"really? then i must be a lot like you..." replied dushyant casually, as ishita just smirked.

"bahaut galat faimiyaan nahi hai tumhe?" questioned ishita.

"galat faimi toh bewajah inn massage waalon ko hone di humne, when you agreed to get a couple's massage with me...." responded dushyant, as ishita chortled.

"maine kaha kuch toh faydaa hoon tumhe zabardasti jhelne ka..." shut down ishita his flirtatious comment immediately.

"hmm...jaise kal raat bhi tumhe zabardasti mere paas aake sona padha na...kiske kaaran tha woh waise?" retorted dushyant, as ishita looked over to find him looking at her with an unmoving gaze.

"so you kissed my forehead by mistake the night before?" questioned ishita back, as dushyant had a light smile on his face.

"honestly, ishita , my only mistake was thinking i stopped loving you...." confessed dushyant, as ishita was left completely off guard by his sudden earnest expression, making her face away from him.

the sudden nature to the confession might have brought shock and discomfort to her, but if she was being honest with herself, she felt slightly comforted at his confession, maybe because she found her secretly harbored feelings to be returned back now.

Dushyant though, couldn't help but consider if he shouldn't have said what he did at the rather coldness he received in return of expressing affection.

She took a deep breath before turning her head back to face him, which clearly surprised him.

"my mistake was lying to myself that i could forget you..." confessed ishita, looking deeply into his eyes, matching his umoving gaze.
