Saturday came around and Seungmin sat around his apartment waiting for evening. All day. He had gotten the day off his usual weekend janitor job, his boss was surprised, Seungmin never asked for time off. If anything he was always asking for more hours.

Having a whole day to himself was a rare thing for him, and he didn't quite know what to do with it. He sat on his little couch, staring at his phone.

Hyunjin has a phone right?

He never really saw the Demon using one. Maybe he wouldn't get so pissed all the time if Seungmin texted him instead of using the necklace?

What did he even need a Demon for anyway? Seungmin frowned,

I should just leave him alone, that way I don't have to see his stupid handsome face.

He ran a hand threw his hair and checked his reflection fastidiously. He looked good as usual, why are you self conscious Seungmin? You're literally alone in your apartment, he told himself.

He looked at the time. 5:48. Seungmin sighed, the party started at 8, and Han wouldn't be caught arriving on time like a loser, so they were going at 8:30. Seungmin didn't get it, but there was no reasoning with Han when he was determined.

Han had also told him that one of his friends would be driving them, one of his 'hot senior' friends were his exact words.

He finally caved and texted Jisung:

Minnie<3: Hey I'm coming over K?

*JISUNG*: Oh thanks for asking lol

Minnie<3: Shut up you know what I mean!

*JISUNG*: Yah whatever, come over and hang out before the party!

Minnie<3: Ok see you soon

*JISUNG*: Yah!

Seungmin chuckled to himself, jumping off the couch and grabbing his coat on the way out. He took the bus to Jisung's, listening to some music on the way. Jisung's condo was about a ten minute drive from Seungmin's.

It was only a little longer to walk, but he liked taking the bus. Seungmin and Jisung had been friends for what seemed like forever, but in reality, it was eight years. They met in middle school and had been close ever since.

Han was really Seungmin's only close friend, but he had always had lots of friends himself. Han was a people magnet that way, charismatic and energetic.

Seungmin didn't know how he did it, he always looked happy, exited even.

Seungmin probably hadn't of made new friends in college if it weren't for him.

When he reached his stop, he stepped off and set out for Han's place. His friend had never had a problem with money, his parents being pretty well off. He lived by himself in a condo on the nicer end of places in Seoul.

Seungmin used to live with him too, when he had just left his Aunt's home.

He rang the doorbell, waiting briefly before Jisung flung the door open with a broad smile on his face. Seungmin returned it, entering the familiar flat. He was feeling better already just seeing the blonde boy.

"Hey, long time no see," Han said sarcastically, they had just seen each other yesterday of course. Seungmin nodded,

"I missed you sooo much, what would I do without you always around to annoy me?" Han rolled his eyes, going to grab something from the kitchen,

"Oh you love me, you were the one to come here remember?" He reminded Seungmin.

He laughed,

"Yah that's true," he took of his coat and flopped onto Jisung's plush grey couch, "I don't know what's up with me lately... Maybe I'm getting sick?"
