After throwing up on the bus, I simply laid in my bed while Niall and Lou kept checking up on me. They gave me a ton of water and even carried me to my hotel bed once we got to Nashville. I hated that they always stopped doing fun things to be taking care of me.

"Guys, you can leave, I feel better," I told them as Niall and Lou brought me breakfast.

"Yeah no, we're not leaving you alone babe," Niall said and sat down beside me.

I rolled my eyes but felt my heart swell.

They really were sacrificing having fun in Nashville to take care of me. I felt bad that I was keeping them at the hotel though, I'd rather have them go out and meet new people, drink and have fun. But as much as I tried to convince them to leave, they just stayed with me.

"Okay, let's make a deal," I started and giggled when I saw Niall roll his eyes. "If I fall asleep, you two leave the room and have fun, okay?"

Niall was quick to shake his head, Lou stayed quiet, letting Ni deal with me.

"Um, yeah. I don't like people seeing me sleep. And I will fall asleep eventually, my body loves naps," I added.

Niall stayed quiet but had a pensive look on his face.

"You better not pretend you're asleep just for our sake, okay?"

"I promise," I replied and he interlocked his pinky finger with mine.

"Okay, we have a deal then."

For the next couple of hours it was just the three of us, laying in bed, watching a movie. I felt my eyes getting heavy as I snuggled closer to Ni. I was woken up by a conversation but it was not coming from the TV, I didn't even notice when the boys turned it off.

"I don't think it would be best if you see her now, she's sleeping," I heard Ni say.

Who is he talking to?

"Niall, c'mon, I just want to make sure she's alright," the person responded.

Niall sighed, could it be Lou? I don't know.

I snuggled into the pillows and kept trying to fall back to sleep.

"Okay, just for a few minutes, please let her rest and lock after yourself."

All of a sudden I felt the trace of familiar fingertips grace my hair.

"Hey, V, hope you're feeling better," he whispered and I knew it was Harry.

I tried not to flinch or make any sudden movements.

Why the fuck would Niall let him come in? I really am in no mood of saying anything to him.

He chuckled.

"Guess you're deeply asleep huh?" he said and removed his hand from my head. I heard him pull the chair right to the side of the bed. He sighed and continued talking.

"Well, I guess it's good you're asleep. I won't see your disappointed eyes as I try to apologize for how much of a jerk I was to you. I mean, I will need to do this again, you're not even listening to me but I guess I just need to let it out of my chest."

His fingers twirled around in my hair once again and I was feeling giddy but confused and angry at the same time.

"So, here goes nothing I guess," he said and took a deep breath.

"I'm sorry. For everything. For being a jerk and pushing you aside and treating you like shit. I have no words other than I'm sorry for being such an asshole. I don't know what came over me but nothing is an excuse. I do not deserve your forgiveness but I will still ask for it because I cannot do this without you. Believe me, I tried" he said with a dry chuckle.
