The boys had an amazing night the day of the San Francisco concert. It seemed like the break day helped fuel their energy because they sang like never before. It was a great night overall, we went out to dinner right after their performance. This time, Harry tagged along and was joking around, trying to be part of every conversation. It seemed like he was finally coming out of whatever shell he was hiding in, which made me very happy because all I wanted to do was get to know him.

Ever since our conversation at the forest, I've noticed he has been paying more attention to me. I have caught him looking at me from time to time. Mainly because I've been trying to look at him too. I always widen my eyes, which makes him giggle. Like actual giggles. I'm surprised none of the guys have noticed this. They'll never get tired of teasing me and I couldn't bear that.

We were at the bus on the way to Portland and we would be having another break day given that we'll be travelling for ten hours. I slept for the first three hours and then decided to write the blog post quickly and dedicate time to my journal. Muir Woods holds a special place in my heart. From playing soccer to laying with Harry, those woods will forever hold a part of myself, a little chunk of me that I left behind. I was still not over the fact that Harry read my mind and said the moment we were at, felt like home. It had been a long time since I'd felt that. But he was quick to complete my sentence and that kept me tossing and turning all night.

The boys and I were sitting at the lounge at the back of the bus, everyone was minding their own business. I took out my journal and began by writing San Francisco at the top. My phone began to ring and I smiled when I saw it was April.

"Hola guapa" I said answering the phone.
"Hey Vic" April greets me.

I can't help but smile wide, I've missed her so much and it's only been a week.

"So how are you? How's college?" I ask, in attempts of hearing her voice.
"I'm good, same old. Just constantly thinking about dropping out. How about you, how's the dream job?"

I laugh at her answer and look at the guys who are being loud and picking on each other.

"Well, dream job's going great but it's honestly kind of hard working with the most annoying group of men there is."

April laughed as all the guys turned to look at me, some with hurt and others with anger in their faces. I laughed it off but they came over to where I was.

"If we're so annoying, you can leave," Niall said as he pointed to the door of the lounge.

"C'mon guys I was kidding," I say and hear April snicker at the phone.

They all shook their heads and even dragged me up and pushed me to the door so I could leave. I rolled my eyes at them, "drama queens."

They shoved me out the door and I made my way to seat at the front.

"They kicked me out" I tell April and she simply laughs, "but tour's going great. They're actually pretty cool guys."
"Have you stayed away from Niall?"
"We're actually pretty close but in a best friend manner, I'd never do that to you."
"You better don't" she warns and laughs after.

She asked more about how I was managing to find time to be with them and still write the blog posts and I answered happily. After a while, she changed the topic completely.

"Charlie called, asked about you" she said, making me smile.

Charlie was our other best friend. We met him in kindergarten too and became pretty close. The three of us would always go on play dates. He and April came to visit me when I came back from my parents' trips and as we got older, they even spent a few weeks of the summer with me and my Lita down in Mexico.
