(Taylor's Point of view)

Taylor awoke to the sound of a car dinging as a door opened. The pungent smell of gas hit her nose making her wrinkle it. Opening her eyes, she watched people walk by, some stared at her. She slunk down further in the seat as the door shut and rattled the car back and forth. She watched Stone pass in front of the car after a bit and go into the gas station. Taylor wished she knew exactly what he wanted. His answer for why he needed her wasn't very much to go on. Taylor wished she could contact her parents and let them know that she was okay. She hoped that they weren't too heart broken and would do everything they could to understand what had happened. She also hoped that they didn't think she had been kidnapped, but they probably did because that's what parents always think. A shadow near her window made her jump, she saw Stone standing there looking up and over the car with two cups of coffee in his hand. She pushed down the button and her window went down

Hey?" She called out softly. He blinked and looked at her.

"Wut?"

"You okay?"

"Sure." He walked around front as she put up the window. He put the cups into the cupholders

"Did you see something?" Taylor asks quizzically.

"Maybe. Could be nothing."

"Want me to keep a lookout?"

"No. Maybe." Stone scrunched his eyebrows together. "I Uh I got you coffee. I didn't know what you liked so I got you a Hazelnut Organic Nicaraguan flavored coffee." Taylor smiled as she grabbed it from him and sniffed it.

"It smells good." It was a warm fuzzy smell.

"Sorry if you don't like it." He said as put the car in motion

"I'm sure I will. It's a little hot so I'm going to let it cool off."

"That's fine."

"So, where are we?"

"Canada."

"For reals? I've been asleep that long?"

"Yes Ma'am." He said nodding his head

"Did you go through the border patrol and everything?"

"Yeah. They thought you were dead." He said with a chuckle, this caused Taylor to laugh too, but nervously.

"Why?"

"Because your head was flung off to the side, and you didn't move a muscle even when one of them clapped in your face." Taylor blushed as Stone let out another laugh

"Oh." She scratched her head, "That's embarrassing."

"Hey it's okay. You've had a tough couple days."

"Yeah." She cleared her throat, So, how did you convince them I was alive?"

"I didn't. I just paid my fee and kept going."

"Oh. So um where in Canada are we?"

Ottawa. We're about forty three hours from Vancouver and then we'll stop for the night."

"Okay. So wanna play twenty questions?"

"I guess. But how about just ten or five." He glanced at her and she caught his eyes and held them.

"Sure." She tucked her hair behind her ear and sat crossed legged in her seat. "Do you wanna go first or me?"

"You."

"Okay. Ummm. Do you have any siblings?"

I used to." He said with a sniff

"What happened to them?" She asked softly
