Jeongin arrived at home and unlocked the front door. He was greeted by a "Hey Innie-yah!"

Chan was sitting at the table with his computer when he heard Jeongin come. "Hey, how was your school?"

"Good," Jeongin answered shortly. He just remembered that Chan didn't have work today either because of the holiday.

"You going to Felix's for dinner?"

"Yeah." Jeongin put the snacks on the counter and went to his room to change from his uniform. He opened his closet doors and looked around for what he should wear.

He saw the white sweater. Really, what had Felix seen in it? No he wouldn't be wearing this.

Jeongin settled on a different outfit of a black design sweater vest with a puffed long sleeve blouse tucked into tight black ripped jeans. As he was changing, he found himself imagining what would Hyunjin look like in the white sweater vest with nothing insi–

Jeongin slapped himself. Yang Jeongin, what are you thinking?! He was surprised at himself for imagining this kind of thing as he didn't think much about it before.

"Innie!" Chan called from the dining room all of a sudden, snapping Jeongin out of his illegal thoughts. "Yeah?" he called back from his room, then added, "I'm changing."

"Oh okay." he heard Chan say and he didn't say anything else so Jeongin just shrugged and kept doing whatever.

It took a while for him to come out of his room and when he went into the dining room apparently Chan had wanted to ask him something. "Innie-yah, are you busy now? When do you have to leave?"

"Um, I still have maybe...two hours?" Jeongin answered. "No I'm not busy right now. Maybe I'm cleaning my room a little bit."

"Oh," Chan said. "Well I was just thinking, since I actually have time off today, maybe we could go out for a bit and get something at, anyplace really, like Starbucks? You want?" he offered, hoping so much in his head right now that Innie would say yes.

Jeongin's answer was, "like right now?"

"Yeah!" Chan grinned. "I mean, whenever you're ready." He looked at Innie, expecting.

Jeongin thought that there was really no good reason to reject the offer so he finally said, "sure." The reply made Chan extremely happy. "Are you ready now?" he asked as he stood up and cleaned off the table.

"Sure." Jeongin said again.

"You know, I've been wanting to spend some more time with you, but everything's just so busy, it feels like we never do anything unrelated to work or school."

"So we're going to Starbucks?" Jeongin just stood there and asked plainly.

"Where you want to go," Chan answered, "do you wanna go to Starbucks? We can go anywhere, it's up to you."

"Sure." Jeongin replied blandly.

Chan wrapped things up and they got into his car, they would spend time at the cafe and maybe other places, then Chan would drop him off at Felix's.

The car ride was in silence and they arrived at the cafe. After going inside and having their orders taken, the two sat down at a couple table next to the window.

"So how's school been going for you?" Chan asked as they ate the little cakes.

Well...kinda amazing. There's this really cute and handsome and hot guy called Hwang Hyunjin who's new but we've been hanging out alot and i think maybe he has a crush on me—well at least I know that i have a crush of him and he actually asked me to hang out with him tonight but i was going to Felix's so i said no but he said it was okay and that we could go together some other time—"It's been good," Jeongin answered.

Chan nodded, thinking about how to keep a conversation going with Jeongin. "So, anyone you kinda like maybe?"

"Kind of." The words slipped out of Innie's mouth and he looked up from his cake, flustered. "Uh, I mean—"

"No, that's sweet!" Chan assured him. "Nothing wrong with it. Is she pretty?"

Jeongin felt helpless. "Um–!"

Chan corrected himself, "Or he, sorry about that. Is he handsome?"

Jeongin felt relieved. "Yeah he's handsome." He didn't know how he would have had to explain that um, Hyunjin was kind of a guy?!

"Wow, I bet," chan said friendly. "Is this new? or have I just been living under a rock?" he joked.

Jeongin calculated. Man, Hyunjin was around him 24/7 it seemd like they'd known each other for quite a while but in reality it'd only been a week. "Well about a week, I guess," he answered shyly. And thinking that Chan would probably ask eventually, Jeongin added "His name's Hwang Hyunjin."

"Ah, Hwang Hyunjin," Chan repeated and nodded, interested. "Well, tell him he's welcome to the house anytime."

"Oh ok," Jeongin said quickly. "Um, thank you."

Chan laughed, "No problem. Innie-yah, you don't gotta be so formal, you know." He patted Innie's arm. "We've been together for a while."

Jeongin looked down at Chan's soothing hand. "Sorry," he whispered. Despite Jeongin's effort to look more relaxed, Chan could feel under his hand that Jeongin had stiffened. He sighed inwardly and retracted his hand. "Anyways! Is your cake good?"

"Yeah, thanks," Jeongin said because Chan had bought it for him. "Good," Chan replied. "So how's Felix been?"

Jeongin was preparing to answer when a series of dings! hit his phone. He looked down on it but there was a ray of light hitting on a side of the screen so he couldn't see it on the spot. He took a napkin to wipe his hands before picking his phone up. But before that Chan had, not intentionally, already seen who had been texting Innie. Apparently the Hwang Hyunjin he was talking about earlier. And what Chan saw in the notifications was.

Innie~

Evidently Jeongin realised who it was because he snatched up the phone quickly and read the messages. Chan noticed that Jeongin started messing with the rim of his ear, Being with Jeongin for years now, he knows that's a sign Innie was nervous or shy. He raised an eyebrow, suspicious.

Who is this Hwang Hyunjin?
