"So you're telling us that you're the 11th of the Fatui Harbingers. And you want us to find the Adepti to inform them of Rex Lapis's death? Do you really think you could fool Paimon!?"
"I think he might be able to bribe you though." Lumine whispered under her breath, though you and Childe heard her.
The ginger laughed at her response. But he quickly regained himself as he added, "but I'm not. It would be better if the Adepti were to be aware of this incident. Not only that, but it'll be much easier to clear your name."
All this talking about the mythical beings made you wonder, was the guy you met back at Wangshu Inn an Adeptus?
"It's only a suggestion. I mean, you could not go and continue walking the streets as a wanted criminal." Childe taunted, snapping you out of your thoughts.
Lumine thought for a while, unsure of what to do. Should she agree to whatever the harbinger is scheming in order to get what she wants and bear the consequences, or does she deny and also bear the consequences?
...
"Lumine, let's accept the offer. I think it'll be worth it." you whispered to the blonde.
"Do you know who we're dealing with Y/N? It's the 11th of the Fatui Harbingers! I'm not going to put your life in danger if he tries something." she whispered back.
"Oh? I didn't know the pretty one talked."
"Talk about her again and I won't hesitate to put your head in your ass ginger."
"Bwahahaha... nice joke traveler." the harbinger laughed. It was obvious she wasn't joking, Childe just didn't care.
"Alright, I think you should get going. You know, before the Millelith catches you." he said as he ushered you towards the stairs.

You've been walking for who knows how long, and you've yet to reach your destination. Your legs were beginning to grow tired from the non-stop trekking you were doing.
"We're here."
Coming to a stop, you were met with a clearing. A large circular shape made with stone bricks laid in the center, further up, there was a leveled area with a large censer on it.
"So this is where we call for the Adepti?" Paimon asked herself. "Seems pretty plain to Paimon. And aren't the Adepti hard to find? So how would we call for an Adeptus, *sigh* it would be great if one were to just suddenly pop out right now-"
"And who might you be?" a deep voice bellowed, scaring Paimon in the process. Startled, she squeaked and flew behind you, hoping to use you as a shield of some sort.
"A mortal who dares enter Jueyun Karst? Hmph, to what reason do you have that you stand where you are now?"
"We were sent here to deliver a message to the Adepti." Lumine replied, voice as monotone as ever, as she offered out her hand with the Sigil of Permission.
"A Sigil of Permission... Many moons have gone by since one has last been in the presence of such an item. He before you is the mighty and illuminated Adeptus, Moon Carver. Speak outlander, to what do you owe the purpose of a visit."
"Well-"
"Cease all movement, assassins! Anything you say or do will be held against you!"
"Oh no, they found us! Quick traveler, do something!" Paimon cried, hiding herself behind you as Lumine drew her sword.
"Hmph... Mortals that dare disturb the borders between human and adepti. See them go, as one will not have any interruption." Moon Carver nodded at Lumine, who charged straight at them without hesitation.
