Olivia walked slowly around the house and unpacked several boxes that were brought in. She was in charge of moving in items that didn't have to do with the operation. Elliot helped Fin and the other four men set up cameras and microphones all over the house.
"We forgot to give you something," Fin spoke, as he approached Olivia in the kitchen. She was stacking a few plates in the cabinet, and turned slowly to face him.
"Did Munson change his mind?" Olivia sighed.
"You can't get out of this that easily, kid. These are glasses that are fitted with a camera, so wear these at all time," Fin spoke. He opened up the case and passed a pair of square glasses to Olivia.
She slid them into place before turning to look at him. Olivia knew she looked nerdy, so Elliot would be so happy that he had another thing to make fun of her for.
"How stupid do I look?" Olivia mused.
"Like a fucking idiot," Elliot mumbled, as he came into the kitchen and secured his cross necklace.
Olivia took a slow breath as she got pushed over the edge. She wound her hand back and slapped Elliot hard across the cheek. The room went silent as Fin stared at Olivia in shock, and Elliot held his check.
"I am sick and tired of you being an absolute asshole to me! I get you are angry that I broke up with you, but you weren't ready for commitment. You don't get to treat me like shit because I decided I was done letting you just fuck me then walk away. So get your massive head out of your ass and focus on what we are doing and not how much you hate me!" Olivia spat.
Elliot turned slowly to look at Olivia, his cheek red from her strike. No one spoke for a very long time before Elliot nodded slowly.
"Okay," He spoke plainly.
"Good," Olivia replied, before turning and walking away. She ran up the stairs as tears spilled down her cheeks.

Later that night, Olivia and Elliot were alone in their home for the first time. The 'movers' had left after setting everything up. Now it was just a waiting game.
"I made some tea... Would you like some?" Olivia asked softly as she walked into the living room. Elliot was sitting on the sofa, his hands gripping tightly to the binder with all the operation information in it.
"Sure, thank you," Elliot replied softly. Olivia pretended to not be shocked, especially since it came from her. She could have poisoned it for all he knew.
"It's black tea with lemon... I'll get a different tea flavor once I have the all-clear to shop," Olivia spoke weakly. Olivia sank down beside Elliot before looking down at the binder.
She read the sheet he was currently on before speaking again. It made her want to scream, but she had to talk to him.
"I'm sorry that I slapped you..."
"Do you believe I deserved it?" Elliot mused, as he sat the binder to the side before taking a long sip from his mug.
"I believe you deserved it, but it was wrong for me to strike you. I'm seriously sorry for hurting you," Olivia breathed. Elliot turned to look at her before nodding slowly.
"Okay."
"That is all you have to say? Elliot, you also treated me like shit since we got this assignment," Olivia frowned.
"Do you realize I had feelings for you?" Elliot questioned. Olivia's eyes went wide before sighing deeply.
"Feelings for me or what I have between my legs?" Olivia mused.
"I thought you were an amazing woman who was incredibly attractive. Yes, the sex was great, but I also had feelings for you," Elliot replied. Olivia closed her eyes as she tried to determine if he was just saying things to make her feel bad for breaking up with him.
"Olivia?" Elliot asked, since Olivia hadn't responded yet.
"There was no chance in hell that we could have stayed together and worked out. If me breaking up with you fucked you up this bad, then staying together would have made things so much worse... I promise to be nice to you during this operation, and then afterwards we can go our separate ways. Okay?"
"Okay," Elliot mumbled.

Olivia was up long before Elliot the next morning. She had slept like shit on the couch, and was thankful that they were rotating who got the bed, so maybe some nights she'd get sleep. Olivia made a large pot of coffee and breakfast for both of them. Elliot was going to 'work' today, which was directly across from their target's office. Tons of surveillance had been done, and a couple across the street from Olivia and Elliot's home were determined to be the key people of interest.
"What is that smell?" Elliot grumbled as he came downstairs. He had always been grumpy in the morning, even after Olivia made love to him all night.
"Eggs, sausage, and toast. I made coffee too. Sit down and I'll get you some," Olivia replied. Elliot slumped down in a chair and scrubbed a hand down his face before looking up when Olivia sat his breakfast in front of him.
He stared at it for several long moments before hesitantly taking a bite of the eggs and a swig of the coffee.
There were no more words exchanged until Olivia turned into Alice. She adjusted her glasses and held Elliot's hand as they walked out to the station wagon.
"Are you going to be okay today?" Elliot asked as he leaned against the driver's side door and looked her over.
"I'm going to miss you, Danny," Olivia pouted. She reached out and ran her hand over his broad chest, her fingers adjusting the cross that rested on his chest.
"I'll be home before you know it, Ally. Now, c'mere. Give me a kiss," He smiled.
Olivia gave him a warning look before hesitantly leaning in and pressing a gentle kiss to his lips. Elliot took the opportunity to grab Olivia's ass and squeeze it with both hands. If they had been anywhere else but here, he would have gotten a knee to the balls. But Olivia didn't want to fuck this operation up before it even really got going.
"You cheeky boy," Olivia smiled, but anger raged in her eyes.
"I love you too, Alice. Have a good day, don't get in trouble."
