Chapter 10 - Tumbling down

Leo finds his father and two older brothers looking concerned, he tried to break the tension with his smooth talk, but that didn't ease the tension, Raph walks up to him and breaks down the news....

"The Shredder is coming"

The found out through April that the Foot clan has been reassembling the Shredder's cursed armor, and they're almost finished, that demon is going to wake up and hunt them down, their father, who was a bit more responsible this time, researched a way to destroy the Shredder once and for all, his sons are the key, Yoshi believes his three sons and April are the four ninja warriors of the prophecy, his method will spare them from the fate of "self sacrifice for the greater good", he would never be able to lose his children, not again, Leo's mouth tingles to tell his father about Michael, but his three siblings hold him back, the situation was like a steam pressure, it boiled and and boiled until he blurped out the whole deal.

About Draxum, about Michael and how he's literally locked up in the other room and Leo get on his knees to Raph, begging him for them to release him, Splinter is shocked and asks to see the other turtle their sons have been hiding from him, which they're still going to be scolded for later, as he was about to enter the room a loud noise was heard, the ground shook a bit, they all panicked and ran to the car to scape, thinking that the ruckus was caused by the Shredder, Raph tried to get in the room to save Michael, but was very shocked to find the room completely empty, the chains were busted and some of them were burned to a degree of being melt,a bright light shined through the sewer's manhole, before it was sent flying up, Michael bursts his way out of the sewers, he's now in New York city and he is not okay with that, he pulls up a cardboard box with his collar, wristbands and bracelets, he gears up, his mystic energy powers them on and he immediately runs to the nearest entrance to the hidden city he can find.

Raph realized that the noise was caused by Michael's break out, he scaped, he goes to his family to tell them what happened, they were shocked but there was no time to waste, they had bigger problems to deal with right now so they got to planning on what to do to stop the Shredder from being summoned by the Foot clan, and what to do if they actually succeed in the ritual, April gets a notification from Sunita showing some Foot soldiers going to the hidden city, that surely meant trouble, but before they head off, Splinter made them a small ceremony to turn them all into real Hamato ninjas, the four warriors all got their dark red bandanas and uniforms, Splinter, with his four children, went off to destroy the Shredder together, but when they arrived, they were almost immediately captured and held prisoners by the soldiers until second orders.

Meanwhile, Michael entered the hidden city, taking a quick break to recover his energies from scaping, he was exhausted and hungry, he left before lunchtime so he hadn't ate in a while, but he didn't really knew where to go, he wasn't sure where exactly he was in the hidden city, it began to rain a little bit and the boy just sat down on the sidewalk near an alleyway, he leaned against the wall and drifted off to sleep, a couple of minutes after, Big mama was passing by with her umbrella, looking at her phone and Draxum's last text a few weeks ago, saying that little Michael was lost, he was kidnapped by the other turtle-ly-boos she met not so long ago, she felt a sharp poke in her heart, that poor thing, out there alone, without his papa to care for him, when she met Raphael, Leonardo and Donatello she really thought they were nice people, but apparently they are just like the other mean brutes out.... there...

She stops, she sees Michael there, sitting in the streets, all wet from the rain pouring on him, he seems so blue, Big mama quietly approached him, shaking him awake and offering help, when he sees her... he sheds tears of relief, finally seeing a familiar face after so long, she takes the distressed box turtle in her arms, her Yokai form is scary but it can be very comforting, he snuggles in her fur to seek warmth, she calms him down and takes him to the Hotel Nexus so he can stick around for the time being, when they get there, she reserves him a nice room and it doesn't take long for him to dump everything that happened to him in these past weeks, he was taken to the undergrounds of the the human lands, stripped from his belongings, kept prisioner, poorly fed, and constantly mocked or messed with in his most helpless moment by a bunch of turtle lunatics and a weird human girl that he swears that she and the others were trying to brainwash him into joining what seems to be some sort of cult called "Hamato clan".

He went on and on for a while until he got tired, Big Mama helped him relax and told him to wait in the room for a little-itsy bit-sy while was gonna call Baron Draxum over to pick him up, Michael jumped of happiness, he was so excited to see his father again, he could barely wait, she stepped out of the room and dialed her phone, meanwhile, Baron Draxum got the news about the capture of the Hamato clan, there was five last pieces of the dark armor he was still holding onto, it was time for negotiations, they either surrender and return to him his precious son, or they will al suffer thE MERCYLESS WRATH OF THE SHRE *ring ring* ... *ring ring* his phone rings, curious for who could it be, he picks up the call and is surprised to hear the voice of Big Mama in the other side of the line, he greets her and they start the conversation with some short talk like: "How are you?", "Where have you been?", "What have you been up to lately?", stuff like that.

She patiently waits for the conversaion to light down and then she drops the news, Michael returned to the hidden city and she has him right now, Draxum has an inner breakdown and starts to ask her thousands of questions about him, all at the same time, she just responds with "Well, why don't you come here, to the Hotel Nexus and ask him yourself, he told me he's been through a lot so I think he would feel better if you were here for him.", Draxum likes this idea, so much so that he speeds his was there, like Earl Devereaux running after Flint Lockwood but in almost light speed, he sees the image of his son through the window and using his vines, he lauches himself through the window, literally smashing his way in, the scene of a figure of a man breaking through the window scares Michael, sending him into a panic where he jumps and just freezes and screams from the top of his lungs, Draxum sorta freaks out as well and grabs his shouder, Michael opens his eyes to see his father right in front of him, he cries and hugs his father who returns the hug even thigher, the yokai spins with his son in happiness until Big Mama scolds him for the damage he caused on the window and how all that shattered glass could have hurt her or even Michael.

Draxum cleans his mess and pays a small compensation for the broken window while Michael helps by vacuuming the carpet to get rid of any remaining glass sharts that could still be hiding there, once the two are two were reunited, Draxum got on his knees and hands to honor and thank her for finding his son and caring for him until he arrived, she said it was a pleasure to watch over that little angel, the two friends say the farewells and Draxum takes his dear and beloved son to the Foot Clan's base in the hidden city, where little do they know, is gonna be the place where the true caos will unravel.
