Personality: Tulio is laid back and typically calm. On earth she normally just sat in her room listening to music and reading, maybe going out once a month if at all. She has trouble opening up to people, not that she's shy, she's just a bit akward with conversation. However when she does open up, she proves to be extremely smart and caring, hence the reason she's a top student in beast keeping
Backstory: a witch moved to earth, and wound up pregnant from a one night stand. She passed during childbirth, on the same day Camilla and her husband went in for a checkup for their daughter on the way. When they found out what happened, and that the newborn would be sent to an orphanage, they decided to adopt her and raise her alongside their little Luz.
Other: she met her palisman days after arriving at the isles, stumbling into the bat queen's domain and meeting her. The bat queen could clearly see the connection, and allowed Lila to leave with Tulio
She discovered she could use magic near the time she found Lila, accidentally creating vines to stop her fall. She's been studying magic sense, and got into Hexside along with Luz
