Species: as far as most anyone knows, he's a human. However he is a Decendant of a powerful Comet Dragon
Personality: Seth can be flirty and touchy when with a partner, though he's normally fairly quiet and reserved if he's around only strangers. With friends he loves to joke and shows he truly is kindhearted, and wants to help whoever he can. Though he also has a bit of a "at any cost" code of conduct. If someone is threatening his kingdom, he has no qualms of that person being killed to preserve the peace.
Backstory: Seth worked for the rebellion against the former emperor, being the current Royal Witch's apprentice and growing a distaste for the emperor. Once he was told of a possible rebellion, he burned the evidence to be shown to the king, and fled to join.
He provided the rebellion with information, healing, and general help. Though he wasn't useless on the battlefield either. His greatest achievement was taking down Five soldiers alone, with his nimble nature and a sharp dagger.
After the battle was won, he was severely injured, needing time to recover and vanishing into the woods for a week. When he emerged once more, healed, he took the mantle of Royal Witch
