The time came nearer for the baby to arrive, Y/N worked hard to make sure that the house was ready. They only had a short honeymoon, and Scarlett had took Lizzie out for a spa day. Insisting that her best friend needed some well earned R and R.

So Y/N was sat in the nursery, in the middle of a bunch of wood with instructions in their hand. Reading over the diagrams since the language was foreign.

Once they heard the doorbell ring, they groaned as they reluctantly stood up. Making their way to the front door.

"Uh hey, Ashley told me that Lizzie lived here?" Robbie asked.

"She does." Y/N spoke bluntly.

"I uh I understand that the two of you got married recently." Robbie said softly.

"We did." Y/N answered. "But why are you here?" They asked him.

"I uh, I came to give you guys this." Robbie told him. Stepping aside to show a trampoline. "It's more for when the baby is older."

"She." Y/N corrected him.

"She." He smiled. "Lizzie always wanted a girl." He told them.

"She did." Y/N nodded with a smile. "Truth be told, so have I." They said as the two picked up the box. Taking it into the kitchen. "Lizzie is out today, having a spa day with Scar, but I will tell her you stopped by."

"Thank you." Robbie told them with a smile. "Please just make sure she's happy. That's all I want for her."

"That is my main goal in life." Y/N told him with a smile. "Uh do you want a drink?" Y/N asked him. Robbie nodded as Y/N grabbed two beers from the fridge. "Do you happen to know how to read instructions?" Y/N asked before they took a sip of their beer. "We got new furniture for the nursery and well, I can't read the language it's in and the diagrams are just as bad."

"Sure. We can give it a go." Robbie smiled at them. "Lead the way." Y/N led him upstairs to the baby's room. The two sat down as they started to get some understanding about the instructions. Getting to work as fast as they could. Y/N actually remembered how good of a man Robbie was.

"So how are things as a newly married couple?" Scarlett asked as the two went to a cafe for a coffee.

"Amazing. Honestly." Lizzie beamed as she went on and on about how Y/N has been. "They keep calling her Little Lizzie." She placed a hand on her stomach.

"Not long now though." Scarlett said as she rested her hand on the bump. Smiling when the two felt a kick. "She's going to be a fiesty one. Just like her mama."

"Lizzie?" They heard a voice they hadn't heard in a while.

"Hailee." Lizzie answered as she turned to face the younger woman, whose eyes instantly landed on the bump and her wedding ring.

"You married Y/N?" She questioned as Lizzie nodded in confirmation. "Why didn't they invite me?"

"Maybe because you caused the end of their career." Scarlett spat at her, causing Hailee to flinch at her tone.

"I uh I want to apologise for that. May I uh, do you know where I can find them?" Hailee asked the two.

"I am not giving you our address." Lizzie scoffed as Hailee rolled her eyes at the older woman. "If you want to talk to them, you still have their number and they still have yours so. Use your phone."

"Don't you think I have tried that. They keep ignoring me." Hailee told her, starting to get irritated.

"Then maybe you should have thought before thinking of playing them like an instrument." Lizzie said as she stood up.

"Look. Why can't we just leave that in the past." Hailee tried to reason as Lizzie just laughed humourlessly.

"Because you ruined a lot. Their career. They almost DIED!" Scarlett noticed how Lizzie started to get worked up. "Then you tried to make amends while they were still in a coma. You didn't even bother to show up once during their recovery. Or when they engaged to me or married me. And now my god damn water's have broke." Both girls eyes went to Lizzie's trousers.

"Shit!" Scarlett jumped up from her seat. Calling Y/N as both Hailee and Scarlett helped Lizzie to Scarlett's car. "Here. Drive." She threw her keys to Hailee, who wasted no time in getting in the drivers seat.

"Ok. We're on our way." Y/N said as they hung up.

"What is it?" Robbie asked as they stood in the middle of the now finished nursery.

"Lizzie's in labour." Y/N told him before rushing to get the bags for both Lizzie and the baby.

"Come on. I'll take you." Robbie said as Y/N locked up. Robbie led them to his car. Racing to the hospital as Y/N's leg bounced up and down.

"What if I'm a bad parent?" Y/N whispered as they drove.

"You won't be. This kid is the luckiest kid ever." Robbie reassured them. "She has you and Lizzie as her parents. She has won the lottery." Y/N smiled at his comforting words.

"Thank you." They whispered as Robbie drove as fast as he could to get them there in time.
