Emma chose against disclosing any information to the Japanese man that she had grown to worry about more with each day that passes.

Truth be told, she was still hiding so much from him that not disclosing details of her mission felt innocent in comparison.

Infiltrating the university campus wasn't hard. She was around the same age as most students and given that she already had her degree, most classes felt easy from the start.

Slowly but surely, Emma kept track of the main suspects and tried to get as close as possible without being too weird and raising more suspicions.

It's always fascinating to her that the worst people in the world always seem to be able to fool those around them.
Maybe it was a requirement for being a psychopath, but the one thing she knew was that the two men she had been keeping tabs on were incredibly normal and even nice.

She had been trying to get closer to them by attending a few events but it didn't last too long. Emma wasn't sure what the CIA was expecting but in no time, Israel enforced a National State of Emergency and everything closed just like it had happened in Japan.

Well, she wasn't going to be able to infiltrate in this kind of situation.

Calling her handler was even better because somehow those idiots didn't predict this at all. Emma was starting to think that maybe they could hire her for that job. At least she was pretty sure that she could do better and it didn't have any risks.

So now she was completely stuck in Tel Aviv until they figured their shit out.

Yuzuru had texted her a few times and sent a few pictures that teased her to the point of no return. He had started some kind of workout routine and was enjoying giving her the details as he went.

She did end up answering after a while, but never telling him too much of what was going on. It was better if he didn't know.

Eventually, the agency decided that the best course of action was to extract their agent without any special games, aka, by force.

Emma was the first to say that it was a bad idea. If these guys were truly as dangerous as the agency thought, there was no way they could know for sure what to expect when they were inside.

As always, being a woman meant that no one listened to her and in no time, the plans were in motion.

She wanted to be out of the mission, but Emma was confident that it would end up being a mess. Still, she wasn't the boss, and more than that, all she could do was take the orders that they gave her.

Apparently, she would be needed as a medical operator. Essentially, it meant mostly that she would be at the very end of the chain as they entered the house, but it also meant that everyone else was tasked with protecting her.

In the military it was always like that, the medical team was the most protected element because they were crucial to the operation.

For Emma, the worst was that she didn't know how the other agents would behave. She had been trained to work with others, but everyone in the army worked the same way. CIA agents, not so much.

These guys were good at not being seen, not necessarily in direct combat and it worried her because a wrong step could be enough to end with all of their lives.

At least this time they took a bit more planning to make it happen. Doing enough recognition around the building and working together to figure out the best strategies to approach the situation.

Of course, their knowledge about the inside was still very limited and completely based on old plants that they managed to get.

They took a couple of months to prepare the whole thing, all of that time, Emma did her best to keep contact with Yuzuru but she didn't want him to figure out that she was doing a different type of mission than initially expected.

Truth be told, she was allowed to be in as much contact as she wanted and as easy as that was to resist, she still decided to lay low with him.

When they finally got the go-ahead, Emma was more nervous than she cared to admit.

This was a very different mission than what she was used to and she hated when things were different.

By now she knew the team well, but it was different to know who you were working with when you had to fight side by side.

They chose to act at night, it was easier to avoid being seen and they needed to be completely invisible to avoid any problems with the Mossad. If the israeleans found them doing a mission without approval in their territory they could all be as close to dead.

It had to be swift and quick.

The final team was made of just 6 people. They planned on facing 3/4 armed men inside given their previous recognition and in theory, being outnumbered was always the best path to success.

They would later find that the problem was that not only there would be far more people inside the house than initially expected, but also the whole plant of the house that they had would be useless.

The whole plan was doomed from the start, even if they didn't know about that tiny little detail.

Now, the real question was if the team was ready to act as the problems occurred or if it things would go south.
