One full year had gone by.

I woke up early that morning and jumped out of bed with an excited giggle. Today was my 9th birthday! I rushed downstairs, epecting my family to be awake but instead the only person there was my sister Dani. She sat awkwardly at the kitchen table with a wrapped up box in her hands.

I approached Dani and tapped her shoulder, "Good morning! Where are mum and dad?"

"Still sleeping. But I got you a present, see." She held the present towards me and I took it with a soft smile. "Happy birthday Rain."

"Thanks." I whispered and sat down in the chair beside her and began unwrapping my present. It was a small cardboard box. I narrowed my eyes and opened the box. I stared inside and gasped. With a happy squeal and whipped out the present: a Freddy Fazbear plushie!

"Oh, Thank you! Thank you!" I hugged Dani tightly and she hugged me back with a chuckle.

"I have seen you sneak out to that pizzeria a few times so I thought you'd really like this present." Dani explained with a smile.

"I do! I love it!" I squeezed the plushie to my chest and sighed happily. "Oh, since you know I go there, can you take me to Freddy's place today?"

"Mm.." Dani shrugged, "I don't know. Mum and dad are still a little off-ish about the pizzeria... Why don't we go to Nandos instead?"

"Nandos? Ew no way!" I scrunched up my nose, which earned a laugh from Dani.

"Okay, how about.. Burger King?" Dani asked.

I stood silently for a little while, pondering. I did enjoy Burger King... But I still wanted to go to Freddy's. They made the best pizza in the world.

"Nope. I still want Freddy's!" I announced with a wide grin.

"Rain.." Dani whined and leaned back in her chair. "Let me think about it okay?" She picked up her phone and switched it on. Immediately the room went quiet. Dani became obsorbed into her phone and it seemed no matter what I did, she didn't seem to notice me.

"If I ever become so attatched to my phone as a teenager, slap me." I muttered and stood up from the chair, padding back to my room with the Freddy plushie clutched to my chest.

Thankfully, Dani finally agreed to take me to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. And just in time too. It was already coming onto midday by the time we walked through the main doors.

Dani led the way to a table and sat back, flicking out her phone from her pocket. I snatched her phone away from her. "No phones." I said.

"Fine." Dani rolled her eyes with a small grin.

I smiled back but then felt someone staring at me. I twisted around in my seat and saw nothing. I shrugged and turned back to Dani.

"So what would you like to do?" Dani asked.

"Can we order the pizza?" I asked eagerly. "Chica works as a waitress at lunch times!"

"She does?" Dani narrowed her eyes. "A robot? Does she talk?"

"Of course!" I giggled. "Hey look, there she is!" I stood ontop of my seat and pointed at Chica as she was delivering a pizza to another family near us. "Chica!" I yelled, earning a small grumble from Dani.

Chica turned to look at me. She blinked a couple of times before smiling and walking over to me. She reached our table and said, "Welcome to Freddy Fazbear's Pizza! What can I do for you?"

"I want pizza for my birthday!" I squealed.

I glanced over at Dani to see her staring at Chica in utter amazement. She whispered, "Is that duck supposed to be kid-friendly?"

Chica chuckled, though her eyes flashed with slight anger, "I'm a chicken, and yes I am kid-friendly. I love kids." She turned to me. "Happy Birthday. How old are you?"

"9." I answered with a smile.

"Whatever." Dani mumbled, "We'll just have a pepperoni pizza to share."

"Coming right up!" Chica smiled and turned, walking away.

I laughed as Dani stared after Chica. "She's just made to look more like a realistic girl."

"Yeah..." Dani murmured.
