"Winter!!!!" Jake yelled out as he hurriedly ran to his wife and covered her eyes. He swiftly turned her around and wrapped her securely to his embrace.

The rest who were behind him could not believe what they see.

Both Harua and Taki quickly pushed Jungwon back but he was strong for no reason. They tried to hold him down but it hurt them both in the process and Harua was thrown overboard.

"Help them!" Karina practically snapped Heeseung out of his trance as he was too shocked to see his younger friend in that state.

He quickly ran to help Taki on restraining Jungwon while Karina checked Ej's state.

He lost way too much blood, but thankfully he's still alive. She quickly put pressure on the wound on his neck to prevent him from bleeding to death.

"I-I'm fine… G-go check on him. I'll take care of the control room." Winter sniffles as she tries to move away from Jake.

"Are you sure? I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to leave you!"

"I'm okay. We need to finish our missiom here or this'll all be for nothing." She says and tried to stand properly.

Jake did not bother to argue. He helped Winter get to the control room before he went to check on Ej.

"Just hang on okay? I'll go back to the shore and bring your healers here!" Jake says to him and Ej tried to speak but blood started choking him.

"T-taki. I-is he…"

"He's okay! But you won't be if you keep talking! Just stay still and we'll bring in help!" Jake said firmly and then turned to Karina.

"Keep him alive. Whatever happens. He can't die… or it'll be the end of the unity." He said with a serious tone. Karina nodded as she also understood what Ej's death would mean.

She tried to do her best to stop the bleeding while Jake jumped back to the speed boat to return to the shore. Harua had also managed to climbed back up. He quickly helped Heeseung and Taki to hold down Jungwon.

They had to tie him while Heeseung puts him on a trance. It was extremely difficult because of the bloodlust that escalated too quickly. And once they got him tranced, they finally let go of him. Jungwon's arms went limp as he fell on his knees. His eyes were white as a sign that he's completely out.

Heeseung hated it but he had no choice. They took him into the cage they saw down in the lower deck. It was supposely to cage them in any case someone is captured.

And when they got back to the others…

"Heeseung hyung! He'll be okay right?" Taki cries while holding onto the older's hand desperately.

Heeseung felt truly horrible. He knows that this event will tarnish their friendship with the wolves. Especially that Taki and Ej are both under his watch. The two people that K desperately wanted to bring back and the only reason they joined the fight in Arcadia.
The alpha is very sensitive when it comes to the two of them.

Heeseung crouched down beside Taki and held onto his shoulder. Assuring him even though he himself is not sure. He could sense that Ej's life energy is weakening faster. He might not make it another hour if there is no healer to help him.

"Did you hear that hyung? He said you'll be okay… I-It's just a small blood. The healers are already on their way to help you so you just have to hold on a little longer!" He cries as he leans closer to whisper to him.

Ej still responded by nodding his head. He feels bad that Taki had to see him like this. He always cherished the younger like he is his brother. And the pack always wanted him to be happy and cheerful.
