"I NEED A MEDIC HERE NOW!" a voice screams. Arkansas looks up from his position and listens to the ambiance of war. The landings have gone to shit, the bombardments have failed. He looked down at the private bleeding out. He screamed again "WHERE IS THE GODDAMN MEDIC?"

An explosion hits close and pelts Arkansas' back with shrapnel, it doesn't affect him much since he's a battleship, but he panics and looks around. The men at this position were hit hard, he looks down at the private again and keeps trying to put pressure on his wound.

"Is... that... rain... sir?" Arkansas only looked up and wondered what he was talking about, but then felt his heart no longer beating. Arkansas just looked down at the now dead private, he grabbed the dog tags and rested them on the private's chest. "Semper Fi, Marine. Semper Fi."

Arkansas got up from the bombed out medic outpost and grabbed a M1 Garand resting nearby. Pulling out his M1911, he counted the rounds and sighed. "4 days. And still nothing." Arkansas said, he slams his fist into the ground and shouts "I will kill them all..." stating this, his red eyes flashed dangerously and he pushed a clip into the M1 and the rifle chambers.

Arkansas woke up sweating and realized it was just another nightmare. He got up and stretched around a little bit and started warming up his ship's boilers for the transfer to the main base. He washed his face and felt his face a bit. Another bang of artillery sounds haunted his mind, which caused him to punch the bathroom window.

Arkansas breathes heavily and then feels his hand, which was bleeding a little bit. He bandages his hand and puts his hat on, after which he walks out to the port to say some goodbyes. He said some goodbyes to the ships around the port, most saying they'll probably see him again at the main base. Arkansas only had a slight smile and whispered to himself "The next time you'll see me... I probably won't be the same person."

He walks over to the dorms that had the Iron Blood ships and knocked on what he believed to be Eugen's room. "What do you want, you lowly animal?" a voice asked. Arkansas' smile quickly faded to a monotone look and he simply said "Nothing. Wrong room." He walks away and knocks on the next door. This repeats 4 more times until he finally managed to get the door of Eugen.

"Oh hey Arkansas, you're up early." Eugen says. Arkansas only has a small grin and says "Early bird gets the worm... and the nightmares." This worried Eugen and she asks "Are you okay?" Arkansas tried to keep a straight face but his composure broke apart and he says "No... Eugen... do you... lo..."

Before he could finish his sentence, Eugen hears Hipper ask from another room needing something. Eugen apologizes and walks away and Arkansas is left there. He chuckles slightly and starts walking back to his ship. Arriving, he sits on the Bravo turret and asks himself "Why... why do these memories have to haunt me... I don't want it to... I JUST WANT IT TO STOP. I JUST WANT IT TO STOP." He clutches his head and trembles, more memories of Iwo Jima flash back and he just continues sitting down.

He hears multiple ship horns whistling signaling it was time for the transfer. He sighs and has his ship sound his horn that he was ready for the transfer. All the ships depart the Sakura base and were making their way to the main base. The entire trip back was rather uneventful besides the fact that a massive group of sharks was tailing the formation.
