The Kanda Matsuri festival was rapidly approaching and much of the Azur Lane base was being decorated for the event. Nagato was signing some requisition papers before she looked over to the personal file on her desk.
"What am I supposed to do with you?" as she looked through the file. She knows she can't let this ship around during the festival due to their nature to cause issues. Nagato sighs and picks up and phone and calls Yorktown.
"Ah, Nagato, been awhile, how have you been?" Yorktown asked over the phone. Nagato replied with "Good. It's been good. Speaking of which, I need to talk to you about the upcoming Kanda Matsuri festival."
Yorktown sighed. "It's about Arkansas, isn't it?" Nagato was a little surprised that Yorktown knew, but she confirmed it with Yorktown. "I'm worried he might do something to ruin the festival, so I was wondering if we could restrict him."
Yorktown just chuckled a little. "That would backfire. Don't worry, I know what to do." she said. Nagato replied with "Alright. I'm trusting you." Both say good bye and put their phones up.
Meanwhile Arkansas was sleeping once again...
"I don't see you as my father." a voice said. Arkansas only sat down and said "That's a bit cold....
k̷͍̗̪̤̔͂̕͘c̷̛͕̅̈̎o̵̠͐̊̎̄R̷̹̝̥̝̠̾͠ ̷͎̉̃͋͌ȩ̴̈́͛l̸̮̳̩͍͓͋̓͋͠t̷͈͚̗̺͐̐̾t̵͖͍̭̺̍̾̋ȋ̴̦̥̇́̏͊Ľ̵̬͕. I'm just saying some final goodbyes."
"We're not even the same class, we don't even share the same name. Stop calling me your daughter." Arkansas only laughed and said "But you are named after a place in the state I'm named after."
"That doesn't mean I'm your daughter"
"It does to me. Tell Ozark that I'm sorry. Give her this." Arkansas hands an item to the voice and says "You may deny it. You may hate me till the end. But I still will love you no matter what happens. You, Ozark, Moale, Van Buren."
"Why are you talking like this is the end, Arkansas?" Arkansas just looks and says "Cause it is... for me at least."
The dream then suddenly stops. Arkansas looks around again and sighs. He gets up from the office chair and starts walking past the main offices.
"We need to get rid of him. What he did at Iwo Jima and Okinawa are unforgivable and violates the pure principles of the warship program."
"Senator, we know. We're still figuring out how exactly to dispose of him." Arkansas looked to the group of men talking about getting rid of him. He scoffs and starts walking away again.
Arkansas walks towards where the light is beckoning him. This thing has interfered in his dream, it however isn't like either sides, it's unique... it's old... and it wants to talk. Arkansas pulls back the curtains and looks out the building.
