Bismarck was reading her letter she got from Nagato and drinking some beer, and then choked up a bit reading what Arkansas had done. She continued reading the long list of crimes and actions, but what surprised her the most was him recovering a Siren weapon. She brushed it off though and read the last bit. "Recommend you send escorts, the ship we found has a knack for "unforeseen" dangers."

Bismarck scratched her head and said, "Unforeseen in quotations? Is Nagato referencing something?" She then sees a special request for Prinz Eugen which confuses her a little. Did this ship knew Eugen? And if so, what was his connection to her? Bismarck kept pondering, eventually sighing and moving over slightly to press the intercom button.

"Cruisers Prinz Eugen, Admiral Hipper, Koln. Armored cruisers Graf Spee, Deutschland. Destroyers Z-23, Z-1. Report to my office immediately." Bismarck releases the button and then leans back in her chair.

5 minutes later, the ships arrive and Bismarck looks up from her paper work and says, "You are all to transfer to the Sakura Empire, where you'll then escort a ship transfer to the main base. The ship you'll be escorting is a.... troublemaker of sorts."

Deutschland, the snarky armored cruiser says "What did such a lowly animal do to deserve such escort?" Bismarck only looked to her and said, "1. Ran away using an aircraft and bombed an airport. 2, walked into a minefield and triggered a land mine. 3. Fought a Siren without rigging. 4. Tamed a shark. 5, stole a A6M2 Zero and then crashed on the Sakura base airfield."

Every ship just had a deadpanned stare processing all this ship had done. Deutschland just does a slight cough and says "I see."

Prinz Eugen just chuckles and says "Such a daring person there, taming sharks, think I could let them tame my rigging? ~~~" Eugen then felt an elbow hit her and beside her was Admiral Hipper, her older sister. "Eugen, that's enough." Eugen only chuckles again and says, "Oh, what's got you so acute? Is it the flat angle of your breasts?"

Admiral Hipper only blushed and shouted at Eugen while Bismarck just sighed and poured herself another drink. "Alright, enough." Bismarck says. Both sisters stop fighting each other and Bismarck continues "You're leaving in 4 hours. Pack your things, you'll be heading to the main base with them."

All ships salute and then leave Bismarck's office for their things. Bismarck only sighed and then turned her chair back to look out the window at the spring sky. "Just who did you find out there Nagato... and why are they interested in Siren tech?"

Meanwhile:

Arkansas was watching his dream play out, as it had many times before, this time however, someone had interrupted it again. The entire scene was frozen in time, all the ships anchored in a circle, waiting for the impending storm. Arkansas sighs and then starts walking back into his ship, he knew someone else was here, interfering with the dream and causing it not to progress.

This somehow alleviated him slightly, that there was someone capable of stopping nightmares. But he needed to find out exactly who. Opening the door to the bridge, he found someone sleeping on a nearby chair.

Arkansas examined the person and looked at them, in this dreamlike place at least, he could still see... even if all he could see was stuff to haunt him endlessly. Yet there was something relaxing about the sleeping figure wearing blue and white.
