Diana didn't need to wake up the next morning, she couldn't get one wink of sleep knowing Mr. Weasley was in the hospital. Finally, around five in the morning, she realized she could not lay in her bed for a second longer. Diana freshened up and changed into her Hogwarts uniform before deciding to head down to the common room.
She grabbed a spare piece of parchment and sat down at an empty table. She wrote George a quick note asking him about his father and letting him know that she was going to head down to Grimmauld place the second the term was over.
She folded the parchment and placed it in her bag, before walking out of the common room, and outside to the Hogwarts grounds. The grounds were covered in a sheet of snow, Diana now realized she was going to miss how beautiful Hogwarts grounds were in the winter, now that was she graduating this year.
She walked up the steep stairs to the owlery, these stairs were always very steep, and it wasn't surprising when they hear about someone falling down them, but now mixed with the snow, it basically made a dangerous slide for the students.
Diana signed relieved when she finally made it to the top. She looked around for an owl, before finding Hedwig. She hooted at her happily once she noticed Diana walking up to her.
"Hi," Diana whispered to the owl, carefully petting her feathers. Hedwig leaned into her touch.
"Harry's not here, he left to go she Padfoot. I thought you would have gone with him." Hedwig shook her head, and Diana swore the owl rolled its eyes. She hooted annoyed.
"I know, he's so mean to you." Hedwig nodded, as Diana grabbed some treats from the corner of the room. She put it in front of Hedwig, who hooted delightfully.
"Would you do me a favor?" Hedwig nodded again, Diana opened her bag and pulled out her letter.
"Would you give this to George for me? Harrys with him." Hedwig nodded, Diana said thank you, before tying the letter to Hedwigs foot, while she finished her food.
Once Hedwig finished her food, she rubbed her head against Diana's hand affectionately, before starting to fly away.
Diana watched her fly away, leaning her arms against the balcony railing. Once she couldn't see Hedwig anymore, she turned around and made the dangerous way down the stairs.

"Ms. Dursley! I was just about to come talk to you." Professor McGonagall said, standing in front of the Gryffindor common room just as Diana reached it.
"What is it Professor McGonagall?" She asked, wondering if Professor McGonagall had seen her last night in George's room. She rubbed her sweaty palms against her jeans, trying to act casual in front of her head of house.
"Let's get Ms. Granger, Professor Dumbledore wants to see you two. Wait here." She said, Diana nodded, as Professor McGonagall said the password to the fat lady and crawled through the portrait hole. A couple minutes later, Professor McGonagall walked out with Hermione trailing behind her.
"Follow me, you two." She said, the girls nodded, Hermione glanced at Diana confused. Diana shrugged knowing she couldn't explain anything with Professor McGonagall in front of her.
---
"Professor Dumbledore." Professor McGonagall said, knocking on his office door.
"Come in," They heard him say, Professor McGonagall opened the door, letting the girls enter before shutting it behind them, leaving the two girls alone with Dumbledore.
"Sit down girls." Professor Dumbledore said, giving them a small smile.
"I know one of you might already know about this, having heard the news firsthand." He said, looking at Diana. She froze, the blood draining from her face, as she stared at Dumbledore.
"Um-" She could feel Hermione staring at her, filled with confusion.
"Last night the Weasley's were brought back to 12 Grimmuald's place." He said, cutting her off.
"What?" Hermione said,
"Yes, Mr. Potter informed me that Mr. Weasley has been injured during one of the order of phoenix meetings."
"Is he all right?" Diana managed to ask, staring at the ground from embarrassment.
"He should be fine, we got to him just in time." Dumbledore assured her.
"Thank God-" she said, as the door burst open. The two girls whipped there heads around, staring at the door as Professor Umbridge stood there, looking like a very angry pink toad.
"Professor Dumbledore." She hissed.
"Professor Umbridge." He nodded.
"Why was not I informed that all the Weasley's, and Mr. Potter were taken out of school last night?" She asked,
"It was an emergency, and quite frankly none of your business." Professor Dumbledore said,
"How dare you! I am the high inquisitor! Every matter at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry is my business!" She shouted, her small face quickly turning red.
"You seem to have forgotten yourself Professor Umbridge. I am the headmaster of Hogwarts. And if I think that you are not needed her, no one will go fetch you. Now as I was telling the girls here, Mr. Weasley is in the hospital, and his children were sent to go see him and will return next term."
"Mr. Potter is not one of his children!" She shouted, stomping her foot on the ground.
"Mrs. Weasley has always said that he is like family, it was only fair to call him too." Professor Dumbledore said, Professor Umbridge sputtered like a dried-up fish, her face turning red, before nodding.
"Fine! But I will be owling the prime minister about this!" She shouted, before slamming the door shut behind her.
