DA note: I believe this alternative ending was also a long pending request from a reader in AO3, so here I am once again, with your favorite EarthMix fanfic :)

And there was someone in the comments saying the lyrics are annoying, all I have to say is; one, it was the plot requirement to put the said lyrics there.

Two, I'm not a fourteen year old girl anymore who will without any logic squeeze song lyrics in a work and third, you can just ignore it and read the material.

I wasn't going to add the mid two paragraphs but this epilogue will of course include the lyrics of the song that are requirements here and of my liking.

Mix looked out from the room's window, watching the sparrows chirping on the branch of a tree not so far away as he then looked around at the blossoming greenery with his lips curled in a soft smile.

Spring had never felt this pretty before.

He refocused on the blooming flowers and noticed how the colors were so vibrant and lively that it warmed his heart.

Heart, although not of his own, but it still beat for one and one person only,

          His world, his Earth.

God, it had felt so funny to his bones that he could actually call Earth his now, without him snarling over it, rather, him melting over himself whenever Mix had called Earth his.

Sometimes he really couldn't believe that it happened, that Earth actually became his and his only.

Tears had risen in his eyes then as he had gazed down, closing them and reeling back to that moment from this all started,

*

"It's a shame, you and I, who love each other beyond imagination, can't even leave a print of our marriage because of this god awful country's law and constitution."

The two tuple had sat in their other living space, huddled into each other under a thin blanket as they had watched a boys' love series originating from their home country as they had watched how tears had welled up in the eyes of the lead and had cascaded as the other lead had wiped them away,

Cupping and caressing his cheeks with both his hands and leaning his body into the former's before connecting their foreheads and murmuring,

"Don't worry, my love, my ryuniverse, there shall come a day when Thailand will be among those countries where people like us can live proudly."

And Mix had sniffled loudly then, tears of his own unexpectedly falling from his eyes as he had rushed to wipe them, catching his husband's attention in the process, who had then grabbed the tissue box from the side table as he had asked rather worried,

"Mix, are you okay?" Mix had pulled some tissues from the box and had wiped his tears, blowing out nasal mucus in them afterwards.

Originally, Mix had wanted to shake his head but then he had burst into tears when the lead had started crying as well, prompting Earth to pause the series and quickly comfort the love of his life.

Caressing his shaking back, Earth had said, "It's okay, Mix, it's just a series."

Mix had held onto Earth tight, before he could finally control his emotional outburst as he had parted and had said, "But this is so many people's reality."
