Wedding Fail

Donkey Kong sat beside his destroyed kart, glaring at Mario, "So this is the end. Being slowly digested by an eel next to an idiot in overalls." Mario glares over his shoulder at DK, "Well, at least your brother isn't gonna die because of you." Donkey Kong scoffs, "Least you're not gonna die with your dad thinking you're a joke." Mario spins around, "Yeah, well, my dad thinks I'm a joke, too."

"Yeah, well... Your dad's right!"

"You know what? I feel bad enough. Just-just leave me alone." Mario turns away and rests his head on his knees. Donkey Kong stands up, "I've never met your dad, but he sounds brilliant!" Mario side-glances at him, "Just go in a corner and smash some stuff, smash monkey!"

"I... am... more... than a guy... who smashes things!" Donkey Kong slams his fist down in the Maw-Ray's stomach, causing it to roar in pain, and a wave of air passes, making the creature burp out. Mario stands up in shock, "That was amazing!" Donkey Kong glances at Mario with an idea, "Now we're even!"

Meanwhile, Peach sighs at her reflection in the mirror. The white dress dragged slightly behind her. Toad approaches with a bouquet, "Princess... I got it!" Peach grins and takes the flowers, "Great job."

"Couldn't have you going out there without your bouquet."

"It's perfect." Peach gasps and quickly gestures for Toad to hide. The wedding song plays, and she walks down the aisle to Bowser. Glancing up, Peach gasps to see Bowser's ship approach, with prisoners in their cages. Rosy was looking through the bars as Luigi whimpered in fright.

"I'll be sacrificing them in your honor. Lower the prisoners!"

Peach snaps her head to Bowser in fear. Luigi trembles as they are being lowered into the lava pit. Rosy reaches for the lock and pulls out a hairpin. As she struggles with the safety, Kamek begins the wedding, "Dearly belove--"

Peach punches Kamek in anger. Bowser leans back in surprise, "Huh?!"

"Drama..." A Dry Bones whispers to his companion. Peach lowers her fist and glares at Bowser, "You really thought I'd marry you?"

"Kinda!"

Peach pulls out an Ice Flower hidden in her bouquet.

"I'd never marry a monster." She growled and touched the ice flower, turning her dress blue. Bowser glares at her, "Then we are breaking up. Right now!"

Mario and Donkey Kong started the rocket, "They gotta be up there. You wanna do this?" Donkey Kong grins at Mario, "Yes, I do." Then, the rocket starts up, causing the Maw-Ray to rise from the water, and the two burst out of the creature, "Yes! Fire!" Donkey Kong cheers.

"Wah-ha!" Mario shouts. Donkey Kong laughs, "This is fun!" A Koopa is flying in the air, and Donkey Kong whacks the Koopa away into the water, "Ha! Loser!" Mario jumps off the rocket and stops before a '?' box next to the gate, "Hey, what does this do? Woah!" Mario hits it, and a strange outfit appears on him.

DK lands next to him, "Cool raccoon suit!" Mario turns to him, "Really?"

"Not at all!"

Back at the Wedding, King Bob-omb panics as Peach grunts, throwing ice at the gears, stopping the cages from lowering, and freezing Bowser, "Ah!"

Unaware of what was happening at first, Cranky Kong gasped as they got closer to the lava, "Ah!" Luigi panics and hangs at the top of his cage as the bottom part dips into the lava. Rosy gasps, "Luigi!" Lumalee laughs as she is being lowered, "Whee!" The cages stop, and Luigi grunts, "Huh?" Then, one by one, the cages are suddenly flung up in the air. Donkey Kong grabs Luigi's cage with a grunt.

Cranky Kong opens his cage, "Phew!" Luma sighs, "Boo..." Rosy jumps out of her cage and sees Luigi slipping. "Luigi!" She yells. Luigi screams as he falls toward the lava pit. A flash of brown catches her eye, and Mario appears, snatching his brother. A sigh escapes her and then a chuckle. Luma gently floats to her and blinks, "The Children of Stars are waiting..."

"Lu!"

Luigi glances up, "Mario?!" He laughs, happy to see the red-capped brother. Mario lowers Luigi to the ground, where everyone waits, "I told ya! See? As long as we're together, everything is gonna be okay." Again, Luigi laughs, hugging him, "Mario, why do you look like a bear? What is this?" Cranky Kong pats his son's back, "Ya did good, kid. Make your pecs dance, you deserve it."

"No time now! Definitely later!"

Luigi whispers to Mario before he glances at Rosy, "Rosy!" The blonde dashes up to the brothers and joins in the hug with a laugh, "Aha! Boys!" Mario chuckles and looks at her, "You have something to tell me, Rosy. But I believe it will have to wait." Rosy turns her head to Luigi to see him giving her a knowing look.

"You told him...?"

Luigi chuckles.

Mario grabs her hand, and the prisoners dashed up to stop Bowser.
