Chapter 24: Am I Just a Weapon?

      Isabella came forward to Aizawa about her dropping out of UA since she is already a ProHero and already constantly working as a ProHero. Aizawa could not understand where Isabella was coming from to why she was dropping out of UA. He just continued being really upset about the situation. Aizawa started to compare Isabella to her mother.

     Once the argument between Isabella and Aizawa somewhat settled down, Isabella ran out of the Stadium that was holding the Sports Festival. She hid behind a tree so no one could find her. Because of that, Shinyo showed himself and started talking with her. Shinyo started telling Isabella so many different things especially pertaining to her quirk.

    A few moments later Blaise showed up and made Shinyo's true intentions known. After they talked for a while, Shinyo trapped Bella in his feathers. Blaise and Shinyo started to fight each other. Blaise wanted to protect Bella and prevent Shinyo from taking Bella. In the end Shinyo ended up breaking Blaise's wings and not getting Bella.

Keigo's Pov

     Flying through the sky going towards the apartment while holding Bella close to me. Getting really annoyed about what happened. What the hell?! Shinyo touched her?! Touched my Bella?! Getting to the apartment, I open the balcony door and lay my BabyBird in our bed.

     Turning back to the balcony doors, I closed them and locked them. I pulled the curtains closed so that no one could look into the room. Wait... Did he tell her anything? Blaise didn't say that he did... I need to know if I should be prepared for that. I pulled out my phone quickly.

Keigo 🪶: Hey sis! Sorry to bother you! I need to find out before Bella wakes up. Did Shinyo tell her or say anything to her?

       I sat on the edge of my bed worried about Bella and what exactly he said to her. I also start to worry about Blaise. Then, my phone goes off for Blaise's text tone.

Lil Sis 🦝: I honestly don't know I got there and drew his attention from her. It wouldn't surprise me if he did say something to her but I don't know what he would have said. I'm sorry.

Keigo 🪶: It's okay. Thank you again for everything you did. I will treat you to anything you want!

      Also, Are you doing okay with your wings? Do you need anything? How did Dabi take the news?

       I put my phone to the side and take a deep breath. Okay be ready for anything. Got it! Nodding to myself getting ready and I look over to Bella worried. Not wanting to leave her side at all, I lay down next to her. Bella automatically rolls over and cuddles next to me and I hold her close to me. I then feel my phone and look at it.

Lil Sis 🦝: No problem, she is my sister. I'm okay just in pain, Dabi took it surprisingly well but I'm sure he is really pissed off at Shinyo. So at this point it's a waiting game to see what will happen there. And bet next time we see each other, hopefully not due to shit like this I will take you up on that, maybe we can get nuggets or get ice cream.

      I giggle softly so I don't wake up Bella.

Keigo 🪶: I know you know these things, but ice your wings and take pain killers. If you're not going to see Recovery Girl, because I know you don't like the hospital, except our two usual nurses lol 😂 But let's just hope Shinyo doesn't end up talking his way out of it and turning the tables on us. As for getting either nuggets or ice cream, we can go get both! Just let me know when you want to go!!

      I kiss Bella's head as I feel her move around a little bit, but she is still asleep. I whisper to her, "I'm here for you BabyBird. I won't let him touch you or get you ever again." I hug her tightly and kiss her head again.
