Chapter 8: Night Out and Finding Out About Her

     Isabella and Hawks have been talking since that night that he went to Aizawa's house to find Blaise. They continued to text and their first night in the city was much fun. He helped Isabella forget about what happened that afternoon and how people at her school saw her. They talked more about each other and made jokes, while staying out of sight of Isabella's dad and the media.

     Blaise was on night shift with FatGum while working at his agency and got an emergency call that a villain escaped prison. The villain ended up being her and Hawks' father. Blaise did not wait for Hawks to meet up with her to fight against their father, Shinyo Takami, so she fought him by herself until Hawks got there. When Hawks did finally get there, Blaise ended up getting hurt and having a scar across her face.

     Isabella, Aizawa and Mic met Hawks and FatGum at the hospital where Blaise was being held. Then, Isabella went to get information on where Shinyo ran off to when Hawks rushed Blaise to the hospital. Isabella still kept her ProHero identity a secret from Hawks and snuck out of the hospital to try to help Blaise to the best of her abilities. To also help catch their father.

    When the first day of school started, it was Isabella's first day of her third year and Blaise's first day of being a student teacher. Isabella was more tired than probably her own father from being out all night with Hawks. But, she ends up making 3 friends with Mirio, Nijiro, and Takami who are all in her class, and it was all thanks to Blaise for giving Isabella that push.

     Hawks ended up asking Isabella to go into the night through the city again with him. She is always so happy to talk to him and spend time with him. The downside of all of this is that Isabella is having to keep all of this a secret from Blaise. She knows how much Blaise dislikes Hawks, even though they are siblings. But, Isabella and Blaise seem to be getting closer and are figuring out how to talk to each other the more they talk to each other and trash talk about unfavorable heroes.

    Turns out as well that Hawks has been looking into that afternoon that Isabella was moments away from being raped in a alleyway under Endeavor's patrol route. He was trying to find out who that man was so he could put him in jail, and then find out why Endeavor was nowhere around to hear Isabella scream. Hawks has also kept his promise to Isabella and has not told anyone about everything she has told him that night.

Isabella's Pov

     I started my third year at UA and I have been talking with Hawks through text and we have been hanging out at night until late. We are even meeting tonight at the same building rooftop. When I get ready to go for the night, I put on my black crop-top long sleeve with my black shorts so I can hide in the shadows easily if I have to. After I got dressed, I put up my hair in a ponytail and tied my converse. I look around my room for my scarf. Damn it, where is it? I know it's here somewhere. I finally find my scarf as I sigh, as I put it on then walk towards my window opening it.

    Looking back towards my closed room door, knowing my room door is locked and my lights are off, I crawl through the window and close my window just enough so it doesn't fully close and lock. Then, I start swinging towards the city to mine and Hawks' meeting spot as I smile.

     When I finally get to our meeting spot, I don't see Hawks yet and I feel kinda let down. So, I look around and sigh as I sit down to wait for him to show up. As I wait, I continue to look around and enjoy the view of the beautiful city at night and smile. I wonder where Hawks is... He told me he was leaving his agency and to go ahead and leave my house. Sighing as I look down, starting to feel sad, then everything goes dark. I start to freak out and know that I will have to risk flipping off the rooftop. Here goes nothing! Grabbing a hold of the person's arms not knowing that it's Hawks, I hold on tightly with all my strength and yank him over my head as we both go off the side of the roof and start falling.
