Team Rainbow HQ, Columbia
It had been two days since Operation: Stark Extraction had ended. However, there was no time for rest. Tomorrow, there would be a meeting with Rhodes Island. Ash, with her best Operators, would go and have a talk about why the terrorists in Lungmen all had Rhodes Island gear. Normally, she'd just be going alone, but something at the back of her mind said that something violent was going to break out.
Inside the bustling Logistics Room, the heart of Team Rainbow's headquarters, the atmosphere hummed with focused activity. Maylander employees moved with purpose, their eyes glued on computer screens, diligently checking off tasks on clipboards, and meticulously studying the movement across Columbia.
Amidst this orchestrated chaos, Ash stood poised at the war table situated in the room's center. The table itself was a marvel of advanced technology, courtesy of Rhine Lab's Engineering Section. With its ability to project vivid three-dimensional holographic images, it served as a dynamic canvas upon which the team's strategies and operations came to life.
As Ash surveyed the ever-changing projections before her, a mix of uneasiness and anticipation danced in her eyes. The holographic images materialized, showcasing vital intelligence, maps, and intricate details of their missions. It was a testament to the seamless fusion of cutting-edge technology and tactical expertise that defined Team Rainbow's operations.
Ash was holding a tablet, the screen displayed a list of all the Team Rainbow Operators and a checkbox right beside each. It was time to make her decision on the "Operation" against Rhodes Island.
Ash at first didn't know how many Operators she would choose, but she knew which ones she wanted. It took her two whole days to decide and she felt like this was the squad she wanted to come with her.
The leader of Team Rainbow checked six boxes and submitted the details. At this moment in time, all the listed Operators would have received a message on their phone that signified their choosing. Ash didn't regret her decisions one bit, after all, it was Rhodes Island they were most likely up against. It really didn't help the fact that some of the strongest beings in Terra are being housed there too.

In the organization of Team Rainbow, these six individuals had stood unrivalled. Each one, a pinnacle of skill and dedication, had earned their place among the best of the best. Though there were moments when their performance faltered, as is inevitable for even the most exceptional, Ash found solace in her decision. With a deep understanding of their capabilities, she had carefully selected these top performers, each one embodying the essence of what it meant to be a Team Rainbow Operator.
Lion, Echo, and Buck, formidable in their own right, had come close to joining this esteemed group. Their skills were undeniable and their contributions invaluable. Yet, in the end, Ash knew that six was the perfect number, a delicate balance of expertise and cohesion. Difficult choices had been made, but Ash's conviction remained unshaken.
Satisfied with her selection, Ash acknowledged the complexities that lay. However, she held faith in the team she had assembled, knowing that their collective strength and unwavering determination would be the cornerstone of their success.
With this elite group at her side, Ash forged ahead, ready to face the challenges that awaited them, fortified by the trust she had placed in each of her chosen Operators. It was time. Of course, it wasn't just them, Swire of the L.G.D. was coming with.
They were coming for Rhodes Island, enemy or not.

Rhodes Island Landship
"Doctor, are you sure you want to let them come here, they don't even know what they're getting into," Amiya asked the Doctor.
The Cautus was in the Doctor's office alongside him, the two were currently discussing the arrival of Team Rainbow the next day.
"It's all one big misunderstanding, I'm sure we can clear it up then." the Doctor replied.
Amiya seemed unconvinced and let out an audible sigh, "Doctor..."
"Yes, Amiya?"
"We should just tell them the truth," Amiya's eyes had a sorrowful look in them, "It's best they know."
The Doctor remained silent after hearing his assistant's words; he didn't know whether or not they should tell them the truth. If Ash did hear the real reason, there would be two possible occurrences. One is that Ash'll understand and leave with her Operators and they would forget about all of it. Unfortunately, two, which was the more likely option, is that Maylander and possibly Lungmen too would declare war on Rhodes Island for betraying the trust of the Infected.
"I know it's the right thing to do, Amiya," The Doctor stood up, "But we have an image to protect."
The Doctor gestured at the Cautus to follow him, "Now, let's go prepare. We have to make sure there are no casualties tomorrow."
Amiya twirled her hair around her finger and nodded, "Yes, Doctor." She quickly followed suit without question.
Barely had they taken a few steps away from the room when a thunderous voice, dripping with irritation, pierced the air behind them.
"Doctor!"
Startled, the Doctor and Amiya swiftly turned on their heels, their faces reflecting a mixture of surprise and concern. Standing before them, her arms crossed in a display of indignation, was none other than a livid dragon, her eyes ablaze with fury.
"Y—Yes, Operator Ch'en...?" Amiya gulped, her feet froze in place as she felt a cold sweat on her back.
Ch'en Hui-Chieh stomped towards the two, her face was red with anger and her eyes could've turned people to stone, "What the fuck is this about terrorists in Lungmen having Rhodes Island gear?!"
"Ch'en—we can explain." the Doctor attempted to reassure her.
"Explain what?! Now I heard from Dr. Kal'tsit that we're going to be questioned by the L.G.D. and Maylander Security!" Ch'en screamed with fury before groaning, "...I'll be there at the conference tomorrow, Doctor. Don't taint the reputation of Rhodes Island any further." The Lungmenite woman turned around to leave without looking back.
Amiya and the Doctor looked at each other while watching Ch'en's back become smaller as she increased the distance between them. No words were exchanged, their eyes both said the exact same thing.
"We messed up."
