A/N: YALL! The story is NOT over. It's NOT complete. Lol. Idk why Wattpad keeps playing with me, but it's not over. I'm not sure how to fix it because it's not marked as complete in my settings so it must be a glitch, but we are NOWHERE NEAR DONE with Sadé & Marshall. So here's to a new chapter and way more to come! 🥂

Sadé's POV:

— Thursday, November 3rd

It was early in the morning when Marshall and I had gotten ready for our day. I really didn't want to get out of bed, but he forced me to. I wore a simple outfit. I didn't bother putting in any effort. I threw on some dark grey sweatpants, a white long sleeve shirt, and my white crocs. I took a random jacket with me that I had. My hair was in a messy bun, I didn't put on any makeup, and I didn't bother with a purse. I only brung my phone, my ID, and some money in case I needed it.

Marshall said I looked cute, but I didn't think so

Marshall said I looked cute, but I didn't think so. I felt so bleh. I think I looked alright. I didn't bother taking a picture of my outfit or posting anything amidst all the drama because I simply didn't care anymore. I meant what I said when I said that I quit. If the world can't learn to respect my boundaries, then they can't have access to me. Period.

We were heading to the police station for questioning about what happened. Marshall was driving while I gave him directions on where to go. Other than that, I wasn't really saying much. I was pretty quiet. I was just ready to get it over with.

We arrived a few minutes later. We both got out the car, going inside. We were greeted by a few officers who led us to a room. It was only furnished with a table, chairs, a lamp, and a few bottles of water. There were also "mirrors" in the room, but I knew they were double sided. The lights above were on, but it was still a little dim. I've never been inside of a room like this.

I mean, I wasn't a princess

I mean, I wasn't a princess... I've been detained here and there. For all the right reasons, but never arrested or booked. And I've definitely never been questioned before so this was a new experience for me. Marshall must've felt my nerves radiating off of my body because he gave the hand he was holding a squeeze as we both sat down in the room.
