Cora's POV
"The hell, dude?" I said. To what exactly? Well lets rewind a bit.

After we drank our coffee we decided to go to the carnival
"Im gonna go buy our tickets." He says
I quickly take out my wallet but he puts my hand down.
"No need, my treat." He grins.
As i waited for him to get the tickets, this guy suddenly came up to me.
"Hey there, whats a pretty girl like you doing here all alone?" He says with a smirk.
"Uh, im not alone."
"Well you are now. How about we go to my car and we have some fun?" He starts getting close to me and touches me on some parts. His grip on me was too hard to get out of and it was getting harsh to the point i started to feel my eyes stinging.
"The hell, dude?"
He grabs my arm harshly and starts dragging me somewhere. But not before someone pushes him off of me.
"Hey, what do you think you're doing?" Clay says.
"Why do you care?" The guy says.
"Because im her brother. And no one puts their hand on my little sister." Clay threatened.
The guy immediately ran away and Clay looked at me.
"You okay?"
I could only nod. It brought back so much bad memories of derick.
"What about i walk you home and we can just chill?"
I nod again. We walk back home in silence.
When we get to my house, April was in her room. We opened netflix on the tv and i clicked on heartstopper.
We spent the next few hours just on netflix and eventually, we fall asleep.
