Welp. My anxiety is racking up again, what does he want to talk about? I dont know if he meant sadly or something like that but it seemed like it.

Then there was a knock on the door. I stand up and go open it to be met with the green eyed man.

"Hey, come in." I smile at him and he smiles back.

"So um. I just wanted to ask you when you were going to tell your parents about us? I mean i did say that you can take your Time but still, when are you going to tell them?" He says as he grabs both my hands and caresses my knuckles with his thumb.

"I really dont know, Clay. I dont know how theyre gonna react. Ive already told Samantha but i haven't told kuya Theo and my parents yet."

"You could tell them now? With me by your side?"

"They live on the other side of the world, Clay. Theyre 12 hours ahead of us, its 3pm for us its gonna be 3 am for them."

"Right. Well, ill be by your side when you tell them. We could cuddle while we wait?"

I nod and we head over to the couch to watch some movies. Thankfully i had some comfy clothes on.

We had stopped watching disney movies per my request at around 8 pm. We had dinner while watching earlier.

"So, its 8 pm. And my family are early birds so theyre probably awake by now. Im gonna text sam and ask her of they are awake."

I showed dream out texts and he nodded. We went up to my room which is where my laptop was and quickly opened discord and texted Sam.

While discord was ringing, i was shaking from nervousness.

"Hey, its gonna be ok." Clay says with a reassuring smile.

I try my best to give him a smile back and finally, Sam picks up and i see my family all lined up on the couch.

"Hi ma, pa. I have something important to tell you guys."

"What is it, anak?" My dads

Anak means child in english, its what most parents in the Philippines call their children. Its another pet name for your child.

"Uhm, i have a boyfriend. And before you get mad, he is such a nice person and he treats me well. I love him and ive just been scared to tell you becuase of how you guys might react. And he has cat thats super cute!" I say ramble on.

"Cora, anak. You know we will support you with your choices naman. As long as you love it, then go for it! We cannot control you and your choices." My mom speaks up.

Im giving her nice parents cuz she needs a bit of good in her life duh.

My smile grows and i look up at Clay. He smiles back and kisses my forehead, which is seen on camera.

"Was that him, bunsoy?" My kuya says.

"Uhm yeah. You can meet him."

"Hi, mr and mrs Pimentel."

Yea im not good at this stuff so lets just say that coras parents liked him.

In the end, my parents liked him and my siblings got his discord just incase they needed to talk to him about anything. To be honest it was only my brother and he probably just wanted to give Clay the talk but hey, who am i to not have a overprotective brother like kuya theo?

"How about we celebrate this?" He asks.

"Celebrate what?"

"Celebrate your parents actually liking me."

"Okay. How?"

"How about i take you on our first official date as boyfriend and girlfriend?"

"Hm. I like the sound of that."
