April has started and the weather was warm at noon. It's not too hot but just enough to make Jungkook miss winter. After all it is his favourite season.

The snow covering the whole world in its purity when in real it is nothing but sadness and gloom. He loves winter because to him it is the kind of cover world needs once every year. Otherwise everything will get real and real is not always pretty.

It's Jimin's favourite too.

Jungkook had failed in a million ways in his attempts to forget Jimin. The more he tried, the more Jimin occupied his thoughts. His heart.

He had thought that with time, this will get easier but every second is getting more and more painful.

He had thrown himself into his work and though it has been only a month since Jimin had left, Jungkook feels he had spent an eternity in the past 27 days.

He has secured three deals and the current one was going on in full fledge.

"Jungkook I think we have enough projects for this year. Taking on anymore projects can hamper the quality of our ongoing works." Hoseok suggests in a soft voice.

Everyone in the office has noticed Jungkook's change in behaviour but they're not sure about the reason behind it. The changes are obvious and he hears all kind of things about him from his staffs.

His close friends and the HFDs had tried to ask him about what had happened but Jungkook had refused to speak to anyone about it. How can he? It's just so shameful.

Hoseok and Jin had even coaxed him into a night out after office on last friday to loosen him up but he just didn't want to talk about it. He had even stopped bringing coffee for everyone which was like a ritual for him since last six years.

Buying coffee for everyone and not finding Jimin in the office was like a slap to his face for the first two days after Jimin's resign, so he had stopped it all together.

"Hoseok ssi, I understand your concern but I think this tie-up with the Shine model agency can be really beneficial for GCF and I assume that we can manage to handle a more team. We'll make sure to hire some new talents and this will also boost the economy in this period of recession." Jungkook states and Namjoon nods while contemplating the idea. He's the head of finance department so his vote really matters in this decision.

"We don't need to decide it just yet. We can have one more meeting on this friday and the HR and Finance department can coordinate with each other and discuss the aspect of new hiring." He says and then looks at Namjoon. "Namjoon ssi?"

"Yes definitely. I'll arrange a meeting with the head HR and go through the pros and cons of this tie up and we all can meet again on friday for final decision." Namjoon said and everyone hummed in unison.

"Okay then. We all can return to work for now and I'll expect a decision on this by friday." He says and stands up. "See you all then." He smiles and walks out of the conference room to go to his cabin.

His eyes wander to the empty cabin that belonged to Jimin and the way Jungkook's heart twisted in pain was too much to handle.

He breaths in and move forward towards elevator when he is stopped by a hand on his shoulder. It's Hoseok.

Out of all his colleagues, Hoseok is the closest person to him. They're not best friend or confidants but Jungkook always finds it easy to talk to him than anyone else.

"Can we talk?" He asks and Jungkook just shrugs again. This has been going on for two weeks now and Jungkook was tired of resisting it so he nods defeatedly.
